Azizia was a very small child when the sickness first attacked, To this day she remembers the first victim to fall from it, After all it was her brother. Cador was the young brave and stupidly heroic Prince every Kingdom should have. He was kind to his sisters and cared for all he met, It is easy to to see why he pulled that strange human from the river. This human had pale skin marred by several scars and when Azizia's brother discovered him on the river bank while on a walk with his sister, the boy didn't hesitate to run to the mans side. This proved to be a fatal mistake, when Cador dragged this man from the water the man woke from what ever sleep he was in, his eye's were pools of darkness. Sensing the danger but unwilling to scare his little sister Cador handed Azizia his own crown from off of his head and placed it on Azizia's brow, she didn't understand the importance then or she would have never accepted the gift.
The man began rant about how his mission had proved to be simpler then he thought, after all here was the crown prince of the Senvian's and the little princess to boot. Cador's eye's hardened and he stepped protectively in front of his younger sister. Then Cador rushed at the man, there was a struggle that ended with Cador being pined tho the ground by the strange human. who howled when he pushed back the princes hair to reveal that the prince was no longer wearing his crown. The prince used the moment to stab the man who howled again in anger and pain, small black partials oozed from his wound instead of blood. The man spoke how despite his failure to take the artifact given to the Senvian's His sacrifice was not in vain, then he exploded in a burst of black dust. Cador breathed this dust and was the first to catch the deadly virus, one by one the other's in the castle began to grow sick, Azizia was the lone royal spared.

@Relsey Noo! Cador sounded like such a good person too. :( Poor Azizia, good thing she found scale! But why did the sick guy want the crown? Σ('◉⌓◉’)

Sick guy is called Blake, there was a magic artifact given to each of the most important magic races, the Senvien's is the crown. Blake's basically just a dead body with a virus in control of his mind. If you died from said Virus your body can become Blake. The Virus if filed by magical imbalance, the flow of magic that would normally be given to the dragons through their artifact now has nowhere to go because that artifact was broken, If another Artifact were to be broken the Virus would grow stronger so they're using Blake to find and break these artifacts.
