Probably read their mind and do exactly what they think is a good impression
Alonzo: Acts like his typical kind-but-slightly obnoxious teenage boy way. Cracks jokes because he's a little nervous. Constantly runs his hands through his hair.
Lex: Literally doesn't do a thing differently. Slouches in chair, acts uninterested, plays more attention to her blonde dreadlocks than the person, dresses in all black (per typical), assumes her usual RBF personality.
Asher: Cleans up slightly, which isn't hard since he's always cleaned up in a bad-boy type of way. Charms the person with his flashy personality, gorgeous smile, and good looks.
Chandi: Writes down the facts and closely, quietly listens.
Quinn: Clean clothes, clean hair. Takes charge and acts really serious. Tells the team she'll do all the talking and acts like the leader. Gets frustrated when Asher's charm is more effective than her organization.
… I am disorganized
Acadia: Although nervous beforehand (she normally is), she manages to be as charming and sweet as possible, looking at her brother for tips. When she talks, there is always a hint of desperation in her voice.
Peter: Doesn't even think to prepare ahead, as he is a natural at winning people's respect.
Thomas: Doesn't care what happens to him, but for the sake of his friends, he is polite enough, but still quiet.
Zahara: confidently jumps right into an engaging conversation, never rethinking anything she has just said.
Ada: Sits down and, while still polite, only speaks when she is asked a question. She has her hands in her lap, fidgeting a little, trying to remember not to be nervous.
Ethan: calmly speaks without any wavering or hesitating. He keeps up the conversation easily yet somewhat timidly. When he is not talking, he is tapping Acadia or Ada on the shoulder and giving them words of encouragement.
Avery: Probably make a snarky remark
Angel: Charm them
Asher: asher was not invited
Glimmer: Tries to charm the person, and put on an innocent child act.
Spirit: She’d be nervous, and would think very carefully about what she said.
Moon: Would probably try to work up to getting what she wants, but get impatient and bungle everything. Might come prepared with a present or two.
Avery: Probably make a snarky remark
Angel: Charm them
Asher: asher was not invited
"Asher was not invited" i love it
Asher is completely insane and was not invited.
…Of course
Ada: would probably offer a drink before trying to maintain a very down-to-earth and serious discussion. Likely to attempt sprinkling in a few minor lies to seem more relatable to whoever she's speaking with. Also stuffs J in a closet so he doesn't call out her bullshit (even though she's already a bad liar. just not aware of it.)
Hugo: Constant. Bargaining. Really tries to butter them up with booze, money, and an overall good time. Acts like a old friend even without any knowledge of who he's speaking with.
Dan: Acts the same as he would act towards anyone else, with maybe just a little more politeness and effort in keeping it together. Would attempt change the topic often. Nodding and going "uh huh" to just about everything unless something catches his attention and really crosses the line for him. If he snapped he would completely forget about what it was all about just to blow up in the face of someone who may have really pissed him off. If that happened, he'd continue thinking that he can handle things on his own.
J: probably the most honest and sweetest of them all. maybe a little too honest. His awareness of his oversharing is nonexistent and his ability to lie is just not there even though he tries really hard when he's told to by Ada. Most likely to spew sensitive information just because "It's true". Best off locking him away in a soundproof room for the time being.

Dan is like literally me in most social situations.
Angelique: Only speak when spoken to, hiding behind her hair, do anything to avoid talking about her disability, trying to act as if she's accomplished and knows how to do basic things. Very nervous.
Dalilah: Never cease speaking, dropping hints, asking personal questions- trying to gauge whether they're trustworthy or not. Acting confident and tough.
Victoria: Takes over the conversation, and then never give it back.
Lonan: Listen patiently and give all the needed info.
Chase: Be totally oblivious to the person then abandon them to chase a butterfly.
Vivian: Looks very interested in their words but inside she is riding a dragon.
Xavier: Says nothing for the whole meeting then secretly adopts the person as his son/daughter.
Alexander: Kills them because he doesn't need help and he thinks they are too useless to live another second.
Ramule: would be somewhat nervous. stuttering somewhat, but he would be much more polite at first, giving the person a chance. but if the person Ramule is talking to is too stubborn/an ass, itll differ depending on the gender. if a woman, he will try to woo and get her into bed. if a man, he will drop his polite attitude and start acting like the alpha dog and wont back down.
Samule: he really wouldnt change anything. hes normally proper. he may throw in a little more authority if need be. But he uses logic and valid points to try and win others over.
Kaleb: Depending on how bad he needs the other persons assistance, Kaleb may bend over backwards to try and get their help. But if his morals are threatened, he will not hesitate to walk away
