"Ice cream time?" Zain asked hopefully, he pulled out his phone and looked up an icecream place.
Callie nodded, signing back a simple yes with a knocking motion. He smiled a bit.
Zain Clapped his hands happily, standing up and placing the money for their food on the table.
Callie stood with him, glancing around for a moment before moving to leave the restaurant.
Zain followed hi, with a smile. "What flavour are you getting at the parlor?" He signed, his head tilted.
Callie looked over to him, considering for a silent moment. Then he signed back. Blueberry, or blue raspberry, if they don't have that.
"I'm thinking about cherry or raspberry, maybe chocolate." Zain signed, pointing to the parlor.
Callie nodded, smiling as they approached. Raspberry is good.
"It is, after you." Zain opened the door for Callie.
Callie walked in, pausing a couple steps inside the building to wait for Zain. The parlor was cold after the bright sun outside, even refreshing.
Zain followed him into the parlor, the air tasting like pure sugar and lovey dovey couples. He wrinkled his nose for a second before he numbed his sense of smell and returned to a smile.
It smells like sugar, Callie signed to him with a small smile, walking up to the chilly cases of ice cream.
"I know, I already numbed my noss before I passed out." He signed jokingly as he looked over the favours of sugary goodness.
Callie giggled a little, looking over and smiling as he saw they did indeed have blueberry. He then turned to Zain. Can you order for me?
Zain nodded and followed Callies eyes to the blueberry ice cream. "I'll take a cherry and he'll take a blueberry." He ordered for the both of them.
Thank you, Callie signed back as the server nodded and starting putting in both of their orders.
The server handed the cones to them, Zain smilling like a little kid.
Callie giggled a little bit at Zain's reaction, starting to eat his own ice cream.
"This is the best thing ever, we don't have ice cream places in my city." Zain signed.
You don't? What city do you live in? Callie signed back questioningly, enjoying the feeling of the cold cream after the sun.
"Carmtov, crime ridden city, barely on the maps. It's small but it's home." He signed back, biting at gus ice cream.
