Shadowclaw Decided to go to a den. He was tired. He found an empty den. Or that's what he thought… He curled up into a ball and dozed off. His tail flickered furiously. He was mad. He hissed a little and finally stopped. His tail was tucked to the side of him. What he didn't know was that this was another Cat's den.

Springheart sat in the nursery, her tail sat next to her, she could imagine the first day Mistkit and Stormkit where born like it was yesterday, she screwed her eyes shut as her stomach rumbled. she couldn't eat, she felt guilty and fear trapped her in place. were where her kits? where they safe? what if they were hurt?! Springheart whimpered as she dug her face into her paws, "StarClan…please…" she whispered, her voice cracking as a wail threatened to escape her lips.

would this be classified as angst–))

Shadowclaw's ears twitched. What was that..? He thought, yawning. It came from the nursery…I'll go back to sleep later. He thought, rushing to the nursery. Once he got there he saw Springheart with tears in her eyes. "What's wrong? What happened?" He rushed over to Springheart sitting next to her. He looked at the She-cat and looked at the nursery and there were no kits. Oh… He gulped.

Springheart looked up, a tear rolled down her cheek as she lifted a paws and wiped it away, "i'm…" Springheart hesitated, "im just scared," Springheart confessed.

Shadowclaw looked at the she-cat again. "I know how this feels…" He told her. "A year ago I met a she-cat…We got together and she had a few of the sweetest kits I've ever seen… One day..she and the kits disappeared…I didn't leave my den for a while…My father dragged me out. Told me to… ' Move on!' " He sighed, his tail stopped moving and he looked down.

Springheart chuckled, "Your father sounds like a smart tom, im sure he was a good cat." she mewed quietly, putting her paws on his, looking up at him with kind eyes, "what were your kits names?" she asked, "you don't have to tell me if its too much."

He smiled. "I know he was…Annoying at times, but smart. And there name's were Ravenkit, Shadowkit and…Well we never named the third one…" He looked at the she-cat and smiled at her. "I can try to find them. If you want? I used to be a warrior…An-" It just occurred to him that when he said that Shadowclan was missing, the kits disappear. Those kits…Are going to a death trap… He hissed at the thought. "I think I know where they are…or where they are going…"

Springheart blinked, "You think you know where they are?" Springheart whispered.

(I feel like Shadowclaw's un-named kit is Flamekit-)

"Yes…Just add it up… when I said that Shadowclan was missing, the kits disappeared…" He said. "it's my fault…T-they are walking into a death-trap…" He stuttered feeling sad.

Springheart quietly gasped, "we need to get Swiftstar," the tan queen got to her paws and pelted out of the nursery, making a b-line to Swiftstars den, "Swiftstar, are you here?" she mewed, her eyes adjusting to the darkness of the den.

hol up just a mini idea, instead of Shadowclaw and the gang finding the kits on their first search, what if they send out patrols and stuff and they never find the kits, so everyday Springheart stays hopeful but every day they don't find the kits she breaks just a little some more? yeah kinda angsty but its a good idea, no?))
