(She was asking Lareiene)
(She was asking Lareiene)
"I am Lareiene. I used to be her host too."
(ok that is an extremely confusing one)
miko looked back "oh hey Lareine didn't expect you to be back so soon"
Lareiene nodded at Miko.
"I had to explain."
"Lareiene…" Evie murmured thoughtfully. "Wait, Jocelyn has told me about you!"
"ok i'll let you have the floor" miko steps away from Evie and sits beside the couch
"She did? What did she say?" Lareiene was intrigued.
"U-Uh," Evie stammered, trying to figure out how to start. "Well, it wasn't very nice things…"
"That I can understand."
"What happened? With you and Jocelyn?"
"It's… a long story. I was tempted by her, like you. She used me to do as she pleased, burning everything that stood in her way. When she was tired of me, she had me burn my body. Thinking me dead, she left to find another host. What she did not realize is that my flames cannot kill me, for they are apart of me. The rest, well… it's personal."
Evie recoiled out of terror. "Y-You think she'll do that t-to me?"
"Perhaps, if she sees you as a threat." Lareiene sighed.
Evie whimpered in fear.
Lareiene sighed again.
"It all depends on your powers."
"I-I have chaos magic," she explained quietly.
"Welp. Your goose is cooked."
She whimpered again.
Ellie laid in the corner of the room. She passed out from Jocelyn trying to get into her mind. "no," Ellie mumbled in her unconscious state.
Evie heard a soft voice and whipped around to see Ellie in the corner. "Ellie!" she cried and hurried over. "Ellie, are you okay?"
"stop it," Ellie mumbled. She obviously couldn't hear anyone. She was knocked out cold.
"Ellie," Evie whispered. Slowly, she lifted her hand and pale red, almost pink, mist drifted into Ellie's head to wake her.
Lareiene bent over again, and there was Arien.
"Ellie, wake up," Evie whispered into the girl's head.
miko steps forward "hey lareiene are you ok? and can i ask why Arien?"
