Nyx laughed and kissed him.

He kissed back

She extricated her arms from the blankets and linked her fingers around his neck. They kissed for a while, and Vozreal eventually found his way back under the blankets.

He curled up, and laid with her

Nyx eventually fell asleep in his arms.

He fell asleep too

Nyx murmured softly in her sleep.

He kissed her sleepily

Nyx woke up in the middle of the night. She did that sometimes.

He was a-snoring

Nyx laughed and kissed his nose softly. She was restless. Whenever this happened, she knew she needed to get out of bed and do something before she could go back to sleep.
She started to extricate herself from his arms.

"No… stay here…" He murmured

Nyx, afraid she'd wake him up, obliged. Just for five minutes.

"Fine…"

"Mmm." She snuggled against his chest.

"Love you…"

"Love you too." She closed her eyes and tried to go back to sleep, but it was no use. She was still restless.

"You tired, I assume?"

She squinted at him, unsure of whether or not he was awake. "Very, but I can't sleep…"

He woke up.
"Same here, actually."

Nyx sighed and hooked an arm around his back.

"I can't sleep… Tartarus…"

She stroked his hair. "It's all right."

"I'm scared…"

"I've got you." She hugged him.
