Elix-Shire: Watches with a mixture of caution and awe as the three do their work, but does his best to remain calm as everything happens.

Lucitius, Tamrius, and Mythrius: Watches Lanika and the others with cautious fascination. Lucitius seems more intrigued compared to the stunned faces of the other two.

Synthia and Phalakros: Sitting on the ground, quietly talking. Phalakros remains tense, particularly with the magic surging nearby and the reminders it gives him. Synthia does her best to soothe him and keep his mind off of the nightmarish memories.

Ghar’Teus: Watches as well, glancing at Lucitius and Phalakros a few times. He is a bit less stunned than his siblings and Ashene. I know of similar sorcery, yet this surpasses it by far.

Lanika then binds Elix-Shire to his new drāckonian form, making sure he's still able to shift at any time. Satisfied, she takes a step back.

Lanika: Okay, Elix-Shire. Let's see this new form of yours.

Radiant: Laughs Yeah.

Valerie: Grins, but stay silent.

Ashene: Makes sense… I have never even heard of this being possible…

@Serpentess health_and_safety language

(I’m just bringing a couple pics over here, just for the hell of it)

Elix-Shire: Looks at himself for a moment, stunned and a bit disoriented. He then looks over at everyone else before turning back to Lanika, Valerie, and Radiant. It… clears his throat, then speaks slowly as he adjusts … has been ages since I could morph. Thank you.

Lucitius: Gazes at Elix-Shire for a long moment, seeming lost in memory, then slowly approaches. The Living Diamond fades from his body and his hair becomes long and disheveled. He stares at Elix-Shire face-to-face for a minute, then wraps him in a tight hug.

Synthia, Tamrius, Mythrius, and Phalakros stare in shock. None of them had ever seen Elix-Shire in his true form, and the resemblance between him and Lucitius was clear.

Ghar’Teus: Nor have I, or anyone else here. Father searched for millennia, even before mine birth, for a way to return Elix-Shire’s forms, yet found nothing.

(So, wait… I managed to do something never done before? God damn… Also, figured this out, wheeeeee! Even tinier now! Wait, how smol can this even go?! Sorry if this is annoying, but I'm genuinely curious. Smaller? DAMN! It goes on forever!)

(Anyways, onwards!)

Lanika, Radiant and Valerie: All three bow

Lanika: You are most welcome, Elix-Shire.

Ashene: Looking even more stunned, and now scared, she shifts forms herself What…? How can that be possible, Ghar'Teus? How could they figure out something even the best among you couldn't?

Radiant: Turns and looks at Ashene What is the matter, Aethon?

Valerie: She looks at her work on Elix-Shire, satisfied. She then looks at Lucitius and the rest. Now, will you question my abilities to create anything, even if I need help? Can I now reforge the Aethon Falchion? I should only need the blood of the leader, yes? And her mate?

Ashene: She turns and looks at Valerie. No, we need heirs. The only way to bind a sword to a Clan is if there is a Clan for it to be bound to. Two people do not count as a Clan.

Valerie: Sighs Very well. I know nought of drāckonian traditions. And this Clan magic is unfamiliar to me.

@Serpentess health_and_safety language

(Lmao!)

Elix-Shire: Turns to Ashene with confusion, then gently unravels from Lucitius. He takes a few steps toward her, scrutinizing her cautiously. Were you in the raid? The one that destroyed the Anastasios Tribe and tore mine forms from me?

Lucitius: Willingly lets go of Elix-Shire, watching him and Ashene. He flinches at the mention of the raid.

Synthia: Watches Ashene and Elix-Shire warily, glancing at Lucitius with concern.

Lucitius: He turns to Valerie, then back to Ashene. ‘Tis much simpler than it seems, yet there is an added step to this particular situation. No heir is required, though I will not deny that it helps, yet the pair reviving a Tribe must be mated before or during the ceremony. Ghar’Teus and Ashene are not mated.

Tamrius: Glanced at Ashene. The reviving ceremony appears similar to a human wedding, though, it obviously has a different purpose.

Ghar’Teus: Chuckles, turning to Ashene. I suspect you do not know of any of this. Am I accurate?

Deleted user

Ashene: She looks at Elix-Shire. Memories flash in her head, of blood and tears and screams of pain and of the dying. Repressed memories, better forgotten. She looks at Elix-Shire with a new sort of fear. She turns away, quickly, focusing her mind on other things, the answer to Elix-Shire's question evident: yes. Then… I shall accept Ghar'Teus as mine mate, if that is what it takes.

Lanika: Startled This is magic I had no previous knowledge of, mine brother. I cannot be of any help here.

Valerie: Grins. Well… can you transfer memories of things past, Lucitius? If so, I would greatly appreciate it.

Ashene: Looks at Ghar'Teus with some ammount of amusement. No, I did not. However, I am content with this knowledge.

Radiant: Stares at Ashene, startled. She leans away, subtly, just in case.

@Serpentess health_and_safety language

Elix-Shire: Sees Ashene’s expression and grimaces, glancing at Lucitius worriedly.

Lucitius: Smells her new fear and notices her look. He turns away, closing his eyes and breathing deeply. He then quickly morphs back to his typical appearance, clearly wanting to avoid being overwhelmed by the memories.

Synthia: Walks over to Lucitius and holds his hand in both of hers. She stares into his troubled eyes, offering silent comfort.

Lucitius: Stands there a moment, fighting to compose himself. When he finally does, he turns to Lanika. You know not of it because I created it, much like how I created drāckonians. Chuckles, his eyes sorrowfully. He then turns to Valerie. I am uncertain if I understand your meaning, yet ‘tis best leaving Aethon’s past be. ‘Tis grim, and I wish not to return to that. Hesitantly turns to Ashene and Ghar’Teus. I am grateful of your willingness, yet simply saying it will not be enough.

Ghar’Teus: Smiles softly at Ashene’s words, then watches Lucitius, listening to his words. He turns back to Ashene. To be blunt, what mine father means is that for a pair to be mated, regardless of the occasion, they must consummate the bond. ‘Tis not because of tradition, I might add. ‘Tis the natural way our bodies function.

Lucitius: Chuckles at Ghar’Teus’ blunt attitude. Aye. That is the extra step to this occasion. Tamrius and his mate were bonded long before their own ceremony, and thus never needed to worry of it.

Ashene: Laughs and turns a peculiar shade of gray, her version of a blush. And yet, I am still willing to follow through. I care not what it takes to rebuild Aethon.

Lanika: Smiles Well, then! I suppose we should start the process of forging, yes? And I suppose it makes sense that you created drāckonians, though I was not there to witness that.

Valerie: Nods I would like to do so sooner rather than later, if at all possible.

Radiant: Watches all of this in an amused silence, sitting cross-legged on the ground.

Ashene: She looks at Lanika and Valerie a moment, then grins. I'm sure you could, if Lucitius says you could.

@Serpentess health_and_safety language

(I will say this ahead of time, Drāckonians do not reproduce like humans at all)

Lucitius: Shrugs. Very well, yet it cannot be finished until the ceremony has been completed. He then waves his fingers, conjuring an image of the Aethon sword from memory.

Tamrius: Stares at the image in shock. That Lucitius could remember the blade with such detail after many millenia was astonishing to him.

Synthia and Phalakros: She moves back over to Phalakros, who hadn’t moved from his spot, sitting down next to him. He gave her an appreciative look and she smiled softly in reply.

Ghar’Teus: Turns to Ashene, smiling in amusement. ‘Tis fascinating your willingness. He moves close to her, his dark cerulean blue eyes becoming intense, a stark reminder that he was indeed a son of Lucitius. Are you certain?

Mythrius: Moves to sit next to Radiant, seeming just as amused as the archangel.

Deleted user

(I figured as much.)

Ashene: Glances over at the memory construct, then turns back to Ghar'Teus. Yes, I am indeed certain, Ghar'Teus. After all, I am the daughter of Das'Velt and Vharmead.

Lanika: Seems intrigued by the memory construct, and walks over. She twirls the construct where it is, surprising herself. I had not known I could do that. Mine own powers continue to surprise me. Upon jearing the two names, she freezes, then turns to Ashene. Ah… that would explain you very clearly, then. Not in a bad way. It is actually a good thing you were a daughter of those two.

Valerie: Grins What materials was the original made of, Lucitius? I should be able to get them with ease. Seeing Lanika's reaction to Ashene, she becomes confused, but shrugs.

Radiant: Considers talking with Mythrius, but doesn't know what she would talk about. Her interest in the entire situation with Ashene is piqued when she mentions the two names and Lanika reacts the way she does.

@Serpentess health_and_safety language

(I literally just came up with the sword components, lol)

Ghar’Teus: A breif purr rumbles in his throat, though he becomes intrigued by the names and Lanika’s reaction.

Synthia, Phalakros, Tamrius, and Mythrius look at Lanika curiously.

Tamrius: Do I dare ask what you mean?

Mythrius: Snorts at Tamrius, then speaks in a teasing voice. You always have to be the first to ask.

Tamrius: Looks at Mythrius innocently. No one else spoke. Chuckles.

Lucitius: Closes his eyes a moment as he tries to remember what he had used to forge the sword. Bronze and gold infused with powerful elemental fire. The metals should be extremely simple to find, and we have a fire elemental with us. He looks at Ghar’Teus with a grin.

Ghar’Teus: Snorts at Lucitius’ words, shaking his head in amusement.

Deleted user

Valerie: Smiling Aes et aurum… Eos sint adipisci facilis.

Lanika: I simply mean that those two, from what I remember seeing of them, were fairly calm compared to their other Aethon kin. It's no small wonder that Ashene turned out as she has. She was raised right and good. Becomes confused at Valerie Pardon?

Ashene: Snorts You would be right, Red One. Looks to Valerie. Quorsum haec lingua?

Lanika and Radiant: Both look very confused at the change in languages.

Valerie: Laughs Sorry. I have been alive far too long in my opinion. That is my… native language, in a sense. I have used it far more than my original tongue.

@Serpentess health_and_safety language

Lucitius: Chuckles, seeming to understand exactly what was said.

Synthia: Understanding a bit of the other language, but otherwise confused.

Mythrius and Phalakros: Mimicking Lanika and Radiant.

Tamrius: Looking at Lanika. Ah, I see. Though, Aethon had no lack in mellow individuals. Viciousness and bloodlust was simply more common among them.

Lucitius: Nods at Tamrius. Aye. Yet, after Anastasios fell, their bloodlust corrupted them. ‘Tis much like those the tribes were named after. Anastasios was the elder brother, keeping Aethon in check. Without that, Aethon’s anger would have taken control.

Ghar’Teus: Grows bored of the conversation and looks at Ashene, admiring her for a moment. He then wraps around an arm around and kisses her deeply. He waves his free hand, the claws flashing red, and a circular wall of fire shielded the pair from any eavesdropping.

Lucitius: Glances over at the wall of fire, then chuckles and looks at Synthia. He got that from you.

Synthia: Scoffs. He got it from you! I cannot count the number of times you have surprised me with a kiss.

Lucitius: Laughs. I meant the modesty.

Synthia: Scoffs again, waving him away. She snickered nonetheless.

Deleted user

Ashene: Surprised, she smiles and kisses Ghar'Teus back, just as deeply.

Lanika: Sighs Of course. Those two… She shakes her head, then turns to Lucitus and Synthia. Their dynamic seems quite similar to yours.

Radiant: Laughing

Valerie: Looks at Lucitius. Video te intelligere me.

Lanika: Sighs once more I know a little of drāckonian history. Anastasios and Aethon… 'tis indeed a tragic history.

@Serpentess health_and_safety language

(And I guess we’ll leave Ashene and Ghar’Teus alone after this)

Ghar’Teus: A deep purr rumbles to life in his throat. After a moment, he breaks the kiss and gently lifts her chin, kissing her neck.

Lucitius: Chuckles. Similar indeed, yet never the same. Ghar’Teus is far bolder than me.

Synthia: Snorts. I doubt that.

Lucitius: Grins and shrugs, then turns to Valerie. Aye, I can, though speaking it back is not mine specialty. Snickers. He then turns to Lanika and sighs. More than you know.

Deleted user

(Yeah, lmao!)

Valerie: Nunc ut partem inceperint, meam incipiam.

Radiant: Nods Indeed. I'm sure I carry a sufficient ammount of bronze with me at the moment. She pulls out an old shield. Would this suffice?

Lanika: Snorts at all of this. Very well, Lighstrider and arcangel.

Valerie: Chuckles at the Lightstrider comment. Immo ego sum Lightstrider. She grabs the sheild, then goes in search of gold.

@Serpentess health_and_safety language

Lucitius: Watches Radiant and Valerie, then gets an idea. He raises a hand, tendrils of Living Diamond curling into small ingot in his hand. The ingot then turned into solid gold and he dropped it in his other hand, testing the weight. He grinned and turned to Valerie. This should be enough.

Synthia, Tamrius, Mythrius, and Phalakros seem unfazed by Lucitius’ actions, as if he had done this before.

Deleted user

Valerie: Stunned, switches from Latin to a language Lucitius would never have heard before. Qûos æh šeh?

Lanika: Startled What did you just ask?

Radiant: Equally startled

@Serpentess health_and_safety language

Lucitius: Chuckles. I know not what you asked, yet this sorcery be simple for me. I honestly know not why I did not think of it sooner. I enjoy creating gemstones, particularly those with vivid colors.

Synthia: Our home actually has many places where the walls are gemstone. Lucitius was the one who built the entire sanctuary.

Phalakros: He continues building it.

Lucitius: Smiles thoughtfully at the pair for their comments.

Mythrius: Yet, what did you ask? I think all of us are curious.

Tamrius: Snorts in amusement at Mythrius.

Deleted user

Valerie: She shakes her head, amused now. Modo quaesivi, "quid infernum?"

Radiant: Snorts Of course.

Lanika: Starting to understand what Valerie is saying, she laughs Ah…

Valerie: Looks at all of them, and reverts to common. The language is called Old Freyish.

Radiant: Laughs Ah, I understand now! You are Freyish… I should have known.

VAlerie: Nods It has been long since I have heard that name.

@Serpentess health_and_safety language

Lucitius: Chuckles in amusement, though he knew nothing of the Freyish.

Synthia: Seems intrigued.

Mythrius: Glances over to the wall of fire. Her voice is quiet and teasing, though she isn’t really speaking to anyone in particular. He is enjoying himself while we ramble on about swords and other things. Lucky bastard. She snickers in amusement.

Deleted user

Valerie: Laughs, then splits her form into Nērene, Karea and a second Valerie. All three wave. Una mihi proxima est ultima incarnationis meae. Illa extrema Karea, vetus forma, haec media, Nerene, secunda incarnatio mea.

Radiant: Laughs and waves back. Nice to meet all of you!

Lanika: Snorts I have never met one such as you, Lightstrider.

Valerie: Looking pleased with herself Nullam non cursus mi.

@Serpentess health_and_safety language

Tamrius: Nods in greeting, but seems confused. Why the three other forms?

Lucitius: Bows slightly at the incarnations of Valerie, then speaks with a teasing tone. Shall you build Aethon’s sword or will I have to steal that honor from you? Grins mischievously.

Phalakros: Flinches at the sight of the other forms of Valerie, but manages to compose himself.

Deleted user

Valerie: Chuckles Non habes tres formas tuas? Quaero te quare tres formas habeas?

Lanika: Laughing She has a point, Tamrius.

Valerie: A slightly smug look on her face, she takes the gold and the bronze. She puts one in each hand and lets go of them, each floating in the air. The start to glow, then they fold together, mimicking Lucitius's memory construct perfectly. She gets the rough outline of the falchion, then stops. Memini te dixisse me non posse conficere gladium priusquam caerimonia facta est, ut maneam.

Radiant: Looks at Valerie with surprise I knew not you were a ferromancer as well as a luceromancer and sanguimancer.

Valerie: Chuckles Vix aliquis novit. Ego meo lumine et sanguine maxime utor ad arma fabricanda.

Lanika: Watches all of this with amusement

@Serpentess health_and_safety language

Tamrius: Confused because he doesn’t understand a word Valerie said.

Lucitius: Snickers. Indeed. He then watches Valerie make the rough shape of the sword before stopping. He nods at her explanation. Aye, without the ceremony, it will be nothing more than an elaborate sword. Yet, I always love seeing how it appears before put together. He grins, then glances at the wall of fire blocking sight to Ghar’Teus and Ashene. He flicks a finger toward it, a small lightning bolt snapping at the wall without going through it.

Synthia: Scoffs at Lucitius.

Lucitius: Shrugs. A reminder, nothing more. I suspect he likes to take his time. That does come from me. Laughs.

Synthia: Shakes her head, chuckling.

Ghar’Teus: Startled by the zap of the lightning bolt on the wall. He lifts his head from giving Ashene a long kiss, eyeing the wall for any holes. He then rolls his eyes and turns back to Ashene, his thumb tenderly caressing one of the fresh scars along her neck. They are waiting on us. Sighs.
