(Yay! I'll join!)
Anna leaned against the old stone wall, questioning the meaning of life. Shadows were everywhere, hiding the possibilities of other people in the old graveyard.
Amber: Hey Anna
Anna jumped. "Who's there? Amber?" She stood slowly, keeping hand on the wall so she wouldn't lose her sense of direction in the almost darkness.
(mind if I hop in?)
(Yes please, it's just the two of us so far and we need Tessa… Although any of your characters would work.)
(Lol. I was actually thinking of using a different character.)
A dark figure crept through the graveyard, its steps light despite its massive body. It hid among the shadows and watched the two girls curiously. It didn't make its presence known just yet.
May I?//
Anna sighed and leaned back against the wall, folding her arms. "Why are there so many people here tonight? I wanted to be alone." She tapped her fingers on her arm, glaring out through the darkness. She could feel eyes watching, and movements in the shadows. (I think so, it's just three of us right now)
Fenris watched the complaining girl, tilting his head with vague amusement. She is in a graveyard, he thought. Does she not know the legends? He stalked around her, his dark fur blending into the darkness; the fog further hid him from view. Who knows what kind of monsters stalk among the dead, he continued ironically.
"I know there's someone else there." She hid the trembling in her voice and forced herself to fake confidence, unwilling to betray her fear.
(yo, can i join ya?)
Amber: Anna yes it is Amber
Fenris came up behind Anna, a huff of cold breath misting along her neck. "Seeking me out would be a mistake, little human." His voice was deep and chilling to those who didn't know him. Whiskers seemed to lightly scrape along her skin from where he hovered.
(He's a Hellhound, so basically a giant wolf. I'll describe him better when Anna sees him.)
She shivered, feeling the cold behind her. Anna slowly turned, scared of what she might see. "Who are you calling little human?" She continued to do her best to hide her fear and fake confidence.
Standing before her was a grayish black wolf standing seven feet tall from massive paw to muscular shoulder. Yellowing and blood-spattered bandages wrapped around the bottom half of its legs, loose ends dragging along the ground. One of his large and intelligent eyes was a metallic silver, and the other was a blind milky white. His mane was made of dim flames of black that continued down his spine and tapered off at his long and thick tail. The ground smoldered where his paws met the earth.
Her eyes got very wide as she looked him up and down. "Are you okay?" She leaned forwards for a closer look at the bandages, starting to wonder what could have done that to something as big as he was.
He tilted his head, large ears twitching. "I am dead, so I don't think that constitutes 'okay'."
She blinked at him a few times. "Dead? So you're a ghost." She came to her conclusion and was quite confident in it, quite sure the figure in front of her was, indeed, a ghost.
He circled her, then sat on the ground where he originally was. His tail curled around his paws as he did so. The grass bent beneath his weight, so he was quite solid. "Not a ghost. Not exactly. Resurrected for the purposes of Death, is more accurate."
Amber: I'm hiding from someone who is always mean to me.
Amber: Her name is Tiffany
Anna turned over and looked at Amber. "I found a giant dead puppy." It seemed the best way to summarize her encounter, and she went back to feeling relatively safe in her part of the graveyard.
Amber (smiles and then turns into a sad face)
