((I hope none of you mind if I drop my girl Saha in here https://www.notebook.ai/plan/characters/901035#))
The last thing Saha was expecting was to open her eyes to a different room then the one she was in moments before. Though she did not display any visible surprise, her eyes wandered the room for a few moments. She noted all the other people.
“Ah..hello,” she finally spoke, announcing her arrival in the room.
(Sorry I've missed a bunch)
Ava had been sitting there listening to the conversation this whole time. She had come to the conclusion that this was either a very wild dream or well she wasn't sure what else it could be. She looked down at the screen on her wrist. she tapped it a few times but it was black. When she noticed Saha arrive she waved.
Ivanna just watched, trying to hide her amusement, "Either this is a dream or I drank too much…" she tought.
Ava nodded and looked at Ivanna. “I’m not sure how drinking something can do this but I’m pretty sure I’m dreaming,” she said.
Boar-back listened to Ivanna and Tempest's explanations, and nodded at the newcomer when she spoke. "Therapy, huh? I s'pose everyone could benefit from it once in a while." He folded his arms and sat back. "I don't have much to get off my chest though…..yet….so I'll willingly be the listening ear for whoever takes their turn next."
(I have to go to bed, pretend my character listens carefully and nods a lot if anyone else talks XD)
Ava nodded and looked at Ivanna. “I’m not sure how drinking something can do this but I’m pretty sure I’m dreaming,” she said.
"Oh, sweet summer child, you have no idea what 10 shots of vodka, 7 of tequila and a 2 bottles of rum can do to you…" she looked at the newcomer, "Ivanna Voronin, a pleasure to meet you."
Ava looked at Ivanna confused. She didn’t know what any of that meant. She’d never heard of any of those…drinks? Food? She had no clue. She was going to say just that but then she looked at the newcomer again when Ivanna did.
Saha nodded in greeting, giving a slight smile as she usually did. “I’m Sahayana Taptyrova, although most refer to me as Saha.”
She crossed one leg over the other. “Pleased to meet you as well,” she responded. “What exactly is this place?”
"Some sort of place between time and space that is some sort of therapy session acording to the voice," Ivanna explained, "Is as confusing as it sounds…"
Noah crinkled her nose, "Drinking, that does not bring back fond memories."
"Guess I only do it because I'm used to it…" Ivanna sighs, "I haven't get properly drunk in more than a century…"
“Ah. By far not the weirdest description I’ve been told, but still unusual, nevertheless.” She nods.
Saha glances over. “Many people drink where I come from. I don’t know what it’s like to be drunk myself, given that my species is immune to the human symptoms of it.”
"I've been around to many Old Drunk men to ever try the devils Brew myself." Noah commented.
"I mean, drinking itself is not bad, drunkness is what counts as a sin, at least that's what some irish coworkers say…"
"In my neighborhood, alcohol is as rare as zebras since nobody has the knowledge or resources to make it anymore," Boar-back sighed. "The stuff we can find is basically just moldy water. Besides, I can't afford to get drunk….somebody might stab me in the back while I'm not paying attention."
"Once I knew a guy who drank ethanol to get drunk," Ivanna added
(Out of character, that's a real thing among some alcoholics acording to out science teacher…)
“Oh wait alcohol! Some of the kids back in… school used to make it under their beds. I tried a sip and had to spit it out. My friends refused to tell me what the drink was for,” she said joining in on the conversation.
"I wouldn´t recommend trying anything made under a bed," Ivanna added, "Back in my day people wouldn´t care if a minor even tried it but now, as far as I know no minor is legally allowed to drink," she paused for a moment, "Not like that is stoping them…"
Ava shook her head. “No ones allowed alcohol where I’m from,” She said shrugging. “I hadn’t even heard of it until I went to school. Let’s just say the girl making it was a little less shocked about being there,” she mumbled the last part.
Boar-back listened to them talk, nodding. "I don't let my bandits drink. There's no point, and none of them can hold their liquor anyway, so they'll just get sick. The only alcohol in camp is the stuff our doctor uses to disinfect injuries."
"As I said, I know someone who drinks that…" she sighs at how weird her small little comments hear though she is telling the truth, "I seen way too many stuff in the agency I work in…"
"Tell me about it." Boar-back shook his head. "Guess idiots are everywhere, aren't they? I can't even count the amount of dumb things my bandits have done." He had to admit, now he was curious. "What kind of agency do you work for, then? Is it something to do with the military?"
"To a degree, though we do our own thing regardless of politics despite being linked with the government," she said, "We do research on the paranormal and once in a while take care of whatever paranormal being is causing a mess somewhere, still, mostly research, the field missions part is not that advanced." she took something resembling a police badge from a pocket on her coat, the logo resembled a person holding a shield and spear and it had the acronym A.S.I on it, "Our agents have the same training as soldiers and we use similar equip but we aren´t the military…"
Tempest continued to use the 'invisible locker' trick and soon was soon wearing a light blue snuggie and drinkinga cup of hot coco, curled up in the chair he was sitting in
