I have some art sites and tutorial stuff to share and I haven't seen a thread for them so here we go:
- https://justsketch.me/ A wonderful, and free, art program that lets you easily pose a bunch of basic models. There's a paid that unlocks some props and more models like anime proportions, fantasy, and hyperrealistic but you only really need the basics
- https://www.mrinitialman.com/OddsEnds/Sizes/compsizes.xhtml Kind of specific, and not very proportional but this gives the general heights and comparisons so you can see just how tall characters should be compared to others
- https://pickrandom.com/ a random generator library, useful for when you don't know what to draw (I personally like to mash up random animals as a warm-up and for fun)
- https://characterdesignreferences.com/visual-library/ SO many things. basically like Pinterest boards, but everything is drawing references of many different styles
- https://coolors.co/273043-9197ae-eff6ee-f02d3a-dd0426 color palette generator. You can lock the colors you like or just spam the space bar to make new color combos
- https://line-of-action.com/practice-tools/figure-drawing/ A site for figure practice. This can have nude models as it uses real people stock photos, so be careful to click "only covered models" if that's uncomfy. You can specify the ages and sex of the models, and there are timers if that's your thing.
- https://perchance.org/welcome another random generator, but this time you can make them. It's very easy to learn and can be very useful for making prompts or characters.
