A new section of the site just launched, aimed at making sure everyone is able to stay on top of their data in Notebook.ai. It adds a few new features (a usage overview with some pretty graphs to start, and an archive for old pages) and brings a few older features under its umbrella, hopefully cleaning up the sidebar links a bit.
To check it out, click "Data vault" under "My Account" in the sidebar. It looks like this:
From there, you can see a breakdown of your Notebook.ai usage (how many edits you've made to your pages each month, how many of each type of page you use, and some stats on forum activity). You can also visit the aforementioned archives, recover recently-deleted pages in the recycle bin, and export all of your data in a variety of formats.
I've also expanded on the original privacy policy (which was more of a placeholder that I never got around to improving), but nothing has changed: all pages are still private by default, document analysis is still opt-in, and you're still the owner and in complete control of your own data.
I think this new section will grow to be a valuable resource. It's not the biggest help to worldbuilding itself, but I think it'll help a lot in managing your favorite digital notebook over time. :)
