Overview

August, 1996. Sheriff Richard Decker spent all his life in Jackson County Florida, and for the past five years he served as the County Sheriff. He thought he had seen, and dealt with, just about everything the county had to offer. When one afternoon he received a call about a potential domestic dispute, he thought nothing unusual of it.
