In "Venus the Flytrap, " an exhausted man is returning home late from work as he runs into an eerie, older lady in the elevator of his apartment building.
Alongside her, she carries a suspicious gift to brighten a strangers day. Following a broken family, "The Day's Game" covers the disfunction of a family in pieces during the morning leading up to a high school softball game.
