Ana’s wings shivered again. “I can teach you in half the time than what your Professor can.”
Ana’s wings shivered again. “I can teach you in half the time than what your Professor can.”
"Oh can you?" Breeze mused, "What makes you think that? Also are you cold or something your wings keep shivering?"
“Yes I can. Angels are very intelligent, since we see and care for humans so often. I’d suggest skipping this class, learning all the material from me, and only coming back for the tests.” Ana fluffed herself out. “I’m not cold, they just do that.”
"That would be amazing, but I don't think that would be very smart. I could miss assignments and the like," Breeze pointed out, "Also if you're so intelligent then why did you want to come with me?"
Ana shook her head. “The only assignment that matters is the final test. If you’re so intent on it, you could just pick up the assignments, projects, the like from your Prof.”
"Yeah, but if I don't do the assignments my grade and henceforth my GPA will fall. Also how will I convince my professor to do that if they can't see you?"
“It’s college. They don’t care what you do.” Ana gave another shiver of her wings, this time out of indignation.
"Fine fine whatever!" Breeze said watching as the whole class got up to leave. Looks like he wasn't coming anyway, "Let's get going."
Ana nodded and rose out of her seat. “Yes, and if he keeps up doing this, you might end up doing it at home anyway.”
"Yeah I guess," Breeze shrugged, "Man this is the fourth week in a row. What's going on with them?"
Ana yawned. “Maybe family issues. He’s human too.”
"I know, but he normally gives us forewarning if he's not going to be here after a prolonged period of time," Breeze walked out the class.
Ana tailed Bree. “Makes sense. He might be dead.” She shrugged.
"I hope he isn't. I really like him," Breeze said, "He's a great teacher."
Ana looked at her, walking forward a little faster. “How old was he?”
"Pretty young compared to the other teachers," Breeze responded, "Which means like 40 something."
Ana frowned a little. “Is he fit? Does he have any medical issues that you can identify?”
"Nothing I could see, except his asthma. Though that was minor, and he was decent."
Ana tilted her head. “Huh. That’s pretty odd, then. Maybe you should email him.”
"I just might," Breeze responded as they reached the edge of campus.
Ana looked around. “This is a good place to go, if you’d like to now.”
"I know it is," Breeze responded, "That's why I go here."
Ana sighed and spread out her wings. “Climb on, then.”
Breeze hesitantly got on Ana's back, "Can you not go as fast this time?"
“Fast is the only speed I can go if you don’t want to fall out of the sky,” Ana replied sharply.
