"I guess. If you don't have anything else in mind." Elise shrugged, nuzzling him sleepily.

"I guess. If you don't have anything else in mind." Elise shrugged, nuzzling him sleepily.
Havenwood nudged her back. “No, not really…”
"Okay." She sighed contentedly, smiling softly.
Havenwood kissed her gently. “Good night, my queen.”
"Good night." She smiled into the kiss and broke away, snuggling into him.
Havenwood wrapped his arms around her and squeezed her close, relaxing into his pillows and shutting his eyes.
Elise grinned to herself, resting her head on his chest.

A few months passed and Thelisi was more vivacious than ever. He learned to walk (though he still stumbled over steps), eat solid foods, and pick up and throw things. The little family hadn’t heard much from Apollo, but other Gods came over often, such as the kind-faced Hades, Hep came around eventually, apologizing for himself, and Athena, of course.
(sorrrrrryyyyyy)
The three were sitting on the couch, finishing breakfast. Elise watched Thelisi carefully.
Havenwood watched Thelisi in amusement as his son tottered around, screeching his new catchphrase: “Bah”.
Thelisi was also holding a cloth ball sewn by Athena and the others as a welcoming gift.
Elise giggled. "Still explorer bugger of the living room carpet, I guess."
Thelisi giggled at his mother’s voice and looked over, tossing his ball at her.
Havenwood laughed as it barely fell short. “You have a good arm, Thelisi!”
"Only gonna get better." Elise picked up the ball and tossed it back gently.
It bounced off Thelisi’s head lightly. He giggled and plopped down next to it, lifting it up.
Elise watched her son with a smile.
Thelisi picked up the ball again and threw it up into the air, where it plopped down next to him. He giggled wildly.
She leaned back into the chair, sharing a glance with Havenwood before turning back to Thelisi's antics, giggling along with him.
Havenwood grinned as he exchanged the look, as if telling her, “It could be worse.”
Thelisi tossed the ball up again; this time it exceeded the bounds of the rug.
Elise raised an eyebrow, waiting to see what her son would do next.
Thelisi wiggled onto his tummy and stretched to grab the ball. He grabbed it and giggled.
"He's going beyond the reaches of the carpet." She smiled.
Havenwood laughed as Thelisi wiggled off of the rug.
“Bah!”
Elise giggled along with the two, amused.
