Hatta waited a little longer, then began to whistle along, quietly.
Hatta waited a little longer, then began to whistle along, quietly.
Aliana gave him a little smile as her humming turned to singing.
He smiled back, still whistling along quietly.
Aliana felt the tone of the melody shift slightly from melancholy to a more somber, but pleasant tune.
He continued to whistle.
Aliana looked to Hatta and gave him another grin at him. She was enjoying the moment.
Hatta smiled back, still whistling quietly. He hoped she didn't get that strange feeling again.
Aliana continued to walk and sing. She only faltered for a moment when something washed over her before disappearing again. She shrugged it off to her imagination and nerves.
Hatta glanced at her when she faltered, frowning for a moment, but didn't speak.
Aliana looked over at Hatta and paused her singing to tell him, "I'm fine."
Hatta nodded a little. "Ah. Alright." He replied softly.
Aliana gave him a nod back and felt another wave of whatever and she almost froze in place. She took a breath and kept going while starting to sing softer and more meek.
Hatta continued to whistle along with her, walking along.
Aliana saw yet another crossroad ahead and thought that might help with the sensation now crawling all over her body.
Hatta looked over at her, then the crossroad. "So…which way should we go?" he asked, raising his eyebrows.
Aliana paused for a moment and pointed quietly at the left-wing. She didn't feel like talking opting to hum instead to keep her nerves in place.
Hatta nodded, and headed down the left side.
Aliana followed after him continuing to hum the entire way. She only stopped to take a breath and felt a strange calm wash over her.
Hatta glanced over at her to check on how she was doing.
Aliana had a dopey grin on her face as her humming started up again much more a daze and unfocused much like the rest of her. Her eyes now had a slight cloudy gaze to them and she didn't have a care in the world, which was fine at the moment given they weren't in immediate danger and no explanation could be found as to what happened to her.
Hatta watched her, frowning a little bit. "Aliana? Are you alright?"
Aliana took a few moments before she responded, "I'm. Fine."
"Alright." He said slowly, still studying her.
Aliana kept walking though it started to sway from side to side like she was about to fall though she caught herself every time. She felt floaty and ended up leaning against the wall in the midst of a fit of giggles. Something in her head screamed it was off, but she couldn't figure out what her mind was too clouded.
Hatta stopped, watching her still. "Aliana?" he said slowly.
