Adrien let out a loud sigh because he got that. People always got all up in his business about his illness, about his diet, about who he wanted to date, about dating in general. It was really annoying. "Yeah, me too. I'd probably listen to that if you made it."
"I'm glad you would listen to that. I'd probably be terrible at it though." Mikhail said with a slight laugh. He was imagining himself cursing every second because of how much he hated people who did that.
"You'll never know until you try." Adrien shrugged, wondering what was holding Mikhail back. Of course, he wasn't exactly the best standard for inhibitions. When he wanted to do something, he did it. He was going to die in a year anyway, may as well have fun before it happens.
(Me: sees that Adrien in going to die in a year Oh hell no, bitch. That isn't gonna happen with me here)
Mikhail shrugged. "I guess so." He mumbled, glancing at Adrien and pecking his lips for no reason.
(Yeah, it's just his reaction. He was supposed to die at… 13? 14? His entire life is borrowed time.)
Adrien giggled and softly pushed Mikhail away. "I'm driving babe. Gotta watch the road." His voice was playfully apologetic.
(oh oki then)
Mikhail chuckled. "Not my fault you aren't paying attention." He said with a slight laugh.
(Don't worry, he'll survive for a while if I have any say in it)
"Kind of hard when I have my gorgeous boyfriend in my face," Adrien teased, sticking his tongue out as they rolled up to the apartment building. He parked the car quickly.
(oki then, yayyy)
"Then I'll take all the fault." Mikhail replied with a small smile on his face, flipping his imaginary long hair while the smile on his face grew bigger.
Adrien snorted, hopping out of his car and giving Mikhail a peck on the cheek. "Oh, I'd hate for you to pull a Gatsby and take the fall for me. That never ends well." He hoped Mikhail would get the Great Gatsby reference.
"What?" Mikhail asked, getting out of the car and returning the kiss. He had no clue what that meant at all.
Of course he didn't. Adrien felt a little disappointed but he covered it by smirking and brushing it off. "It's nothing. Just a dumb reference. What do you wanna do now that we're home?"
Mikhail shrugged. "I'm sure it's not a dumb reference and I don't know." He answered.
"Let's play one of those dumb games that you don't need to use anything to play. Like truth or dare or never have I ever or something." Adrien led Mikhail inside, pulling his boyfriend down onto the couch next to him.
Mikhail let out a small yelp when he pulled onto the couch by his boyfriend. "Your choice, I'm fine with anything." He sat down next to Adrien and pecked his lips again before glancing at him and smiling.
Adrien pecked him back in return. "Well, I'm stuck between truth or dare and never have I ever. Which one do you know best?"
"I know both of them very well." Mikhail answered, a small smile on his face.
Adrien smiled back. "Okay, which one do you like best? I'm pretty stuck between them, so it could help me out if you'd pick one."
"Maybe we could do Truth or Dare?" Mikhail said. "I don't know." He added in.
"Sounds good! Do you wanna ask first, or should I?" What were good truth or dare questions? What were good dares?
"You can ask first." Mikhail answered. He wasn't sure what to ask Adrien when it was going to be his turn.
"Truth or dare?" For truth, he could ask… fuck. Uh… shoot. He could do this on the spot. Who even cared? Adrien always thought better on his feet anyhow.
"Ummmm, Truth." Mikhail decided after a few moments.
"Hmm. What's the meanest thing you've ever done?" That was a good enough question. It could get a good answer.
"Ummm, well, I've done mean things to survive, does that count?" Mikhail said, making it sound more like a question.
"Uh, yeah, I guess. Just… the meanest thing." Adrien shrugged, cuddling into Mikhail's side with a weak smile. His chest was hurting more than it had all day, but he pressed the pain down.
