//The flowers have come into a Farelian, so it’s up to you how to move them. they could go along with Reina for glamour?
“We’re here,” Reina said slowly, looking up. A tall castle rose before them, with Maleficdnt visible through one of the wide windows. She was talking to a little girl, who nodded and scampered off. More people stood in front of the doors.
Madison followed Reina’s gaze, shuddering at the sight of Maleficent. “Well, that’s step one,” Madison murmured. “What do we do now?”
"Hey dad, why are we here?" Abigail asked. Her father sighed "Abi, we are in danger if we stay here any longer. I'm am showing you the kingdom and its surroundings so that you have one last good memory of this place before we leave." He said quietly, his voice filled with sadness on leaving his home. Abu was shocked "Dad why cant we do anything?" She asked. Her father didnt say anything and gestured to their horses "we should head back now." He sighed. She nodded and walked over to her beautiful horse, a tear making it's way down her cheek.
//yep, Reina is from Wonderland
Reina grimaced. “Ask or beg for her help, I suppose. I’ll go first. Maddie, come with me. Everyone else stay behind unless we call you.” She glanced at the two leaving and pulled her hair to cover her pointed ears a little before stepping out and walking to Maleficen’ts door.
Maddie followed Reina, maintaining her pace at a good step and a half behind Reina’s. She noticed what Reina had done to cover her ears, and moved to follow, only to realize that her hair was already down. In an attempt to hide her slight embarrassment, Maddie whispered to Reina, “Do we have a gift or offering or… or something?”
“I have a single roll of basilisk skin,” Reina whispered back. “Here!s to hoping.” She knocked at the door and watched the figure in the window disappear.
//do you want to play maleficent?
//ooh I can try
Wouldn’t one of Maleficent’s henchmen open the door? I can fix it if not.
“No kidding,” Maddie muttered, her voice cut off as the door scraped open a few inches.
A squat man could be partially seen through the crack between the doorway and the door itself. “What do you want?” he grumbled sourly, completely skipping the introductions.
Abi got on her horse and rode off towards the castle. Her dad left to go to her mother and she walked into her room. She quickly wrote a note and packed a few supplies, food, water, and other things she took when she went out to the forest with her dad.
“Sir, you may call me Reina of Wonderland. My companion will introduce herself. I’ve come to speak with your mistress, Maleficent,” Reina said, immediately straightening up and taking on a formal tone.
The squat man narrowed his eyes and fixated his gaze on Maddie.
“You may call me Madison of Wonderland. I, too, have come to speak with your mistress, Maleficent,” Maddie said, copying Reina’s words and doing her best to keep the usual tremor out of her voice.
Without saying anything, the man pulled the door open a few more inches, leaving just enough room for them to get by.
Abigail took her horse and left the castle, not looking back.
//ack sorry guys
Reina exchanged a glance with Maddie before walkng into the castle, arms behind her back. When they reached Maleficent, she dipped her head slightly out of respect. “Maleficent.”
//no worries :D
Maddie hung back, but copied Reina’s movements, not wanting to be turned into a raven or something only two minutes in.
Maleficent remained expressionless. When she spoke, her voice was hard and unyeilding, but there was an unmistakable trace of underlying curiosity in her tone. “Why have you dared to trespass on these grounds?”
///hey Fangirl just let me know if you want me to change anything
//I like it :D
“My mother, your Queen, sent us,” Reina said. Deep down, she prayed that Maleficent still recognized herself as fae, and not part of the fairytale world now. “We will need seven glamour potions to disguise fae as fairytale.”
//:D
“You assume much,” Maleficent scoffed, surveying the group, eyes narrowed. “I see. Or rather, I hear… but what price are you willing to pay?”
Abigail stumbled across a clearing and tied her horse there. She sighed and sat down
//I’m terrible at keeping stuff alive I’m sorry
“What price do you ask?” Reina asked stiffly, trying to keep a straight face.
//Stark do you want to move Abigail to the castle?
(Sure!)
Abi packed her things up quickly after taking a short rest and continued her journey. A little while later, she found herself back at the dark castle her father had shown her. She sighed and walked into unknown territory
Maleficent stared at Reina and sighed. Then she repeated, “What price are you willing to pay?” She paused, then added, “I can assume that you have had the common sense to bring something of value.”
Reina resisted the urge to roll her eyes and pulled a small pouch from her belt. One by one, she pulled each item out and put them back in. “A rather large vial of phoenix tears. Twenty dragon scales. Crown jewels from the elven monarch. And, in a bit, King Farelian’s head on a stick.”
Resisting the urge to pick up the vial of phoenix tears, Maleficent nodded. “I see… you do strike a rather impressive bargain. I suppose I might spare a bit more of my time for you… what is is that you want from me? I cannot promise to give it,” the faery added. (She’s a faery right?)
Madison, who had been somewhat holding her breath in fear, exhaled quietly. We probably won’t be smited by Maleficent… at least, not today… that’s good….
//yep
Reina internally danced a little, before smiling a little. “Seven glamour potions. Fae don’t last long here, and we’d like to fit in.”
Abigail walked around the large p

“At least your request is sensible,” Maleficent said, sweeping her arm out to the side. “I shall grant your request.” She walked over to a table b the window that was covered in small vials filled with different-colored liquids and selected seven that were an identical shade of blue.
