Clove noticed Alec out of the corner of her eye and smiled at him. It had taken her a while to get used to smiling with the way her canines had been altered, not to mention her jaw. That had been fun. Not.

Bren ducked his head into the large container and began eating, his face very bloodied after the first bite. He hated being treated like an animal, but he would say that the lion was delicious.
(Ooh fancy fancy, lion )
Alec gave a brief smile in return as he noticed Clove, seeing her rather large canines. This caused Alec to swipe his tongue over his own teeth, feeling the extra canines that were situated behind his original set. He looked over to Bren, who had a ring of blood around his mouth and splotches scattered on his face.
Clove noticed Bren as well, wrinkling her nose with distaste. She would never eat something as big as that, let alone let other people see the blood all over her face. She turned away and continued talking to one of her friends, if she could call anyone in this place a friend, anyway.
( I am so sorry for pointing this out, but you said the "mouth all over her face" and I'm losing it XD )
Alec continued to pick away at the bright pink fish in the container, his wings shifting around involuntarily. His back started to ache, causing him to look back. These chairs definitely need some modifications… He thought, vainly shifting around.

Yeah, lol… my responses are probably going to be short.//
Bren noticed some stares at his eating habits, he glared at the people who stared at him and continued to eat. After a few minutes, all that was left of the carcass was a bunch of bloodied bones. He wiped his mouth with his sleeve and closed the box gently, a guard looked at him nervously before coming to collect the container.
Soon the container that Alec had gotten was empty, and sitting pushed away from him on the round table. He set his chin in the palms of his hands again, staring at the doors that were across the room. Surely they were locked by now.
Bren cocked his head, looking to Alec. He wondered if he should go sit by Alec, was Alec his friend anyhow? Bren wasn't sure, he replayed the memory of his father in his head. No one, and I mean no one will ever. Want. To. Be. Your. Friend
Alec's eyes began to burn as he stared at the doors, finally blinking, he yawned. They would be in here for at least another five to ten minutes, which made this one of the most boring times of the day for him. He glanced around the room, quickly finding Clove. She looked uncomfortable, like she didn't want to eat the food she had, much less look at it. Continuing to scan the room Alec noticed Bren again, who was now sitting still. The white container that was previously in front of him was gone, and his face was free of all traces of blood.
Bren slammed his head onto the table repeatedly, his scales protecting him from damage. The other subjects paid no mind to him, he did this a lot. Most of them just gave him side glances, some newer people starring. Though quiet and usually quite nice, Bren was a problem littered with more problems.
Alec jumped at the sudden loud bangs, his eyes widening at the first of them. He instantly looked over to Bren, and jumped out of his seat. Now at Bren's table, Alec put his hand in the spot where Bren was hitting his head on the table, stopping his forehead from connecting with the surface. "What are you doing?" Alec asked, looking at Bren through widened eyes.
Clove gave Bren a weird look, before looking back to her friends as one of them said something. Her gaze continued to wander while they talked, wondering what the others were thinking.
"Banging my head on the table," Bren stated. For him this was a way to let go of stress and, it was much better than seeing his blood. He hated his blood, it was mutated to the point of just being black sludge.
Alec stayed where he was, his eyes still fairly wide. "Why?" He asked, briefly looking over the rest of the table.
"Becuase." This was, in Bren's case, an explanation. Bren barely spoke, in the dome, he spoke a lot and that meant he didn't have to talk a lot for the rest of the day. This is just Bren logic.
(This is just Bren logic XD )
Alec sighed, and sat down on the side of the table that was across from Bren, guessing that he wouldn't be able to get Bren to say much more. Alec had been surprised when he had spoken in the Dome, and now that he wasn't saying much Alec guessed that Bren's spree of speaking to people, was over.
Ben looked to Alec for a moment before returning to the head banging, this time with much more force. Alec wa his friend, he decided at that moment.
