"Thanks," Vien said, a small smile crossing his face. If he was being honest with himself he would prefer sharing a bed with Beau, but it was probably a little too soon for him to be asking things like that. He wandered over to his new bed, setting his duffel bag to the side but keeping his satchel on. He set the duffel bag in the corner, deciding he didn't need to unpack just yet
"I'm sorry if Lucky doesn't warm up to you in a while," Beau answered softly as he walked towards Vien, taking their hand in his own gently. He pressed a soft kiss to their forehead, pushing himself up a bit on his toes in order to do so.
“It’s alright. I’m not the e-easiest to warm up to, so I would understand,” Vien replied softly, leaning forward a little to make it easier for Beau to kiss his forehead
"You were pretty easy for me to warm up to," Beau mumbled as he wrapped his arms around Vien's waist, glad that the door to the room was closed. Knowing his friends, they would be surrounding the television for a while.
“Probably because you h-had the hots for me,” Vien teased, wrapping his arms around the shorter boy as he pressed a few kisses to his cheek
"Probably," Beau answered, laughing softly as he leaned against Vien, pressing a few kisses against their collarbone. He had thought that Vien was cute when they first met, but now that he had really gotten to know them, Beau especially liked him for his personality.
“But that’s alright. I thought you were so cute w-when I first saw you I could barely talk,” Vien chuckled, holding Beau a little closer to his chest as he smiled
"Well, I thought you passed 'Beau's Speaking Test' with flying colors," He answered, leaning his head against Vien's chest as he rubbed their back gently.
“Really now?” Vien chuckled, moving so that he could sit on one of the beds. He laid down slowly, smiling as he tugged Beau closer to him
"Really," Beau answered, laughing as he pressed himself against Vien, a wide smile crossing his face. He wrapped his arm's around the other boy's middle, resting his head against their chest.
Vien chuckled a little, a hand moving to run gently through Beau’s hair. He continued to press kisses to the other boy’s face, still smiling as he did so
Beau smiled dorkily as he pressed a soft kiss to Vien's lips, glad that they could be next to each other one again. "You're so cute," He mumbled, as he leaned against Vien, glancing up at the other boy.
“Am not,” Vien protested with a small laugh. “You’re the cute one, r-remember?” he said as he pressed a few more kisses to Beau’s cheek
"I remember," Beau mumbled, making a small hum of agreement as he ran a hand through Vien's hair, closing his eyes for a few moments.
Vien laid there quietly for a minute, enjoying the fact that they had a little time to themselves. “Are you sure Lucky r-really won’t mind me around?” he eventually asked
"He's going to warm up to you, I promise," Beau mumbled, his words a little muffled as he nuzzled his face into Vien's shoulder. "He might not talk that much, but he's going to like you."
“Are you sure?” Vien asked. He knew he should probably just trust what Beau said, but he couldn’t help but be a little worried
"He's always been like this. When we first moved here, Lucky refused to talk to anyone, but in a few days, he became friends with literally all of the Greasers." Beau answered as he tried to assure Vien, running a hand through their dark hair.
“Okay, okay, I b-believe you. And I brought pizza, which should give me a l-little leverage,” Vien chuckled, pressing a kiss to Beau’s nose as he smiled
Beau hummed in agreement as he laughed softly, wrapping his arms around Vien's middle and laying down against his chest. "I could stay like this forever, but they're probably expecting us to come back," He mumbled, glancing up at Vien for a few moments.
“Yeah,” Vien sighed. He didn’t really want to let Beau go, but he knew they had to go back downstairs soon. He began to sit up slowly, not wanting to get up too fast
Beau pressed a few soft kisses to Vien's neck before he pushed himself as well, a small yawn escaping his lips as he stretched. He stood up, almost tripping on a lone book on the ground before glancing towards Vien and flashing a dorky grin.
“Oh my god, you a-adorable dork,” Vien laughed, stretching as he got off the bed. He pressed a final kiss to Beau’s cheek before making his way towards the door
"What's that word you used? Adorkable?" Beau added, chuckling lightly as he walked after Vien, feeling a bit giddy with happiness. It was just the way he felt next to Vien most of the time.
“Yes, adorkable,” Vien chuckled. He reached for the door, pulling it open for Beau before making his way down the stairs after him
