"You don't trust her? How do you think the poor girl feels? First she gets kidnapped, and now she's got a bunch of people with knives and various sharp objects around her, pressing and prodding her for information. She's probably the most trustworthy one here, in the eyes of an outsider looking in," Donatella said.

“ok, fine.. Im sorry Brooklyn” She said it sarcastically, but thats the only way Nyx can express herself.

Donatella exhaled in relief. "Okay. Better." She held her hands out in front of her as she spoke, and she went from holding them tensely, fists closed, to opening her hands palm-down and having a more relaxed spread in her fingers.

"Fine, i'll put the knives away. You want a sweet?" He asks Brooklyn, closing his knife and gracefully slipig it into his boot.

“And it’s not like I want to kill her or anything..” Nyx went to get herself another cup of water. She sighed and filled one more and gave it to the new girl.

Donatella quivered a little bit. Now they're almost being too nice… It feels strange…
"Oh, I know, I know. But she doesn't," she replied, "We want her on our side though, we might as well try being nice."
She smiled halfheartedly as they offered her something to eat and drink.

"You literally just threatened her with your arrows…" Sora muttered under her breath.

"I just stole a bunch of sweets, im going to give her the strawberry ones i dont like." He says, picking out some candies from a bag

“If you won’t shut up, I will threaten YOU with my arrows..” She hissed to Sora.

"To explain things simply, we're all kind of feeling a bit all over the place because I dragged you here. Despite that, we're hoping you'd join us," Sora said bluntly, ignoring Nyx. She was tired of beating around the bush.

Donatella stood back a little and looked at Brooklyn with a smile. "Yeah, we'd really appreciate if you'd join our cause!"
