“I thought I was dead too… scary,” he shivered. “I can’t live without her and I want her to turn her switch back on because I miss her.” He pulled his knees to his chest. “Also the writer is going to youth group so he’ll be on when he can Okay?”

"Nice break in the immersion there." She chuckled. "Speaking of which, I think a certain someone wants to see you again." There was a bright flash and she was back. "I am back with emotions, as annoying as they are." She smiled a little.

“Belle!” He cheered and basically attacked her in a hug. “I love you,”

The attack was so sudden that it knocked her to the floor. She laughed. "I love you too."

Ryan laughed. “I missed you,”

"Aww, babe, I missed you too. But I also have a meeting in 20 minutes that I can't miss unless I want to lose my job."

“20 minutes? That’s at least 10 minutes for this…” he kissed her lips gently.

I swear the amount of making out these two do is bordering on the line of obsessive. Shut up, it's cute. Cute or creepy? Cute. She ignored the fight in her head as it faded away into nothingness.

He didn’t want her to be late for her meeting and he certainly didn’t want her to lose her job but he couldn’t help it. So maybe he was obsessed or maybe he did have an addiction to her but luckily he’d have the rest of his life to be a hopeless addict.

As much as she didn't want to, she pulled back just enough to speak. "Babe I've got to get ready. Don't want to be late."

Ryan let out a long sigh, almost disappointed and kissed her cheek. “Is there any chance I could convince you to stay a little longer?”

She checked her watch and smiled a little. "I've got 10 minutes before I have to go. Whatever you want to do better be quick."

Ryan chuckled, “You work too hard,”

"Yes but I also get a pretty bomb paycheck for doing so. It'll all worth in the end, love." She smiled.

“Is it?” He quirked an eyebrow. “Do you do it for the money?”

"Not really. I mostly do it for the satisfaction of saving people and putting killers in their place but it is an added benefit. But seriously, I really do need to get going soon, my boss will be waiting for me."

"If you mainly do it for satisfaction, then why cause yourself the stress of overworking? There's no point to overworking yourself for something you do only for pleasure…"

"It's how I was raised. Working yourself to the point of hospitalization. If you're working on something and your blood isn't made of coffee and painkillers then you're not working hard enough."

"But you don't have to do that anymore. Do what you love to do and I can take care of the rest, we aren't exactly tight on money…"

"Old habits die hard. Now I really have to get going, this meeting is extremely important."
