(Wow that was amazing! I was hoping Draco could prevent Skylar from being fatally wounded though (that way Skylar sees that Draco cares about her) so she might need to get injured later.

(I mean, the only significantly bad injury she got was the melted glass burn. I still think we can work with that)
(I edited that they went to a safe house, not office)
( Guess what I figured out: )

(Have they attacked you with laughing gas yet? Are you confused? I am confined. The sky is blue because the space is black and add sunshine to space and you get blue somehow. I’ve had a stressful, tiring, and overall meh day. Are they excavating your mouth yet? The orthodontists. Is that what they’re called? Why? Forget it, I don't want to learn English prefixes right now. I'm tired. I am also bored because you haven’t RP with me yet. This is what happens when you leave your sister alone when you are being attacked with laughing gas. Did you know they discovered laughing gas by setting it upon a crowd of people to make them laugh? At least that’s what I heard. I’m pretty sure it was a mistake but… Why do people ask ‘what is life’? Do they expect to get an answer? Who would be able to physically answer that? Bastillllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllle. Look at all those Ls.)
Silence fell upon the entire group like a heavy fog. Nula curled curled her hands into fist and rage blazed in her eyes, but she still held her breath. Gregory looked at his shoes and fiddled with his fingers. Thalia was crying silently. Kyle couldn’t look Rvan in the eye. With eyes wide with disbelief, Skylar looked at Rvan.
“Rvan.” Draco say as voice cracked. He wished could tell Rvan it would get easier, but he couldn’t even bring himself to spin that lie. “They won’t take anymore from you, Rvan.” He paused to look Skylar and all of his fire protégés in the eye. “We won’t let them harm you ever again.”
It was both a promise and a threat.
Rvan letting his eyes fall back into the blank stare that had slipped on so easily when they started. He still felt away from everything. He just wanted to curl up and never move again. Rvan whispered shakily, “They don’t have anything else to take.”
Draco queezed his eyes for long moment. He had failed Rvan as a mentor.
(I think Rvan should fall asleep now.)
(I’ve had this scene in my head for a long time, wait a sec)
(Okee dokee)
(IT ALL JUST DELETED WHEN I TRIED TO POST IT. IT’S NOT AS GOOD AS THE ONE BEFORE)
Draco tried to think of the best way to help Rvan, and despite that Rvan’s small cuts needed to be looked over, the best thing right now would be to give him a break. Draco stood up, “You need some sleep, Rvan.”
Rvan slowly got up and followed Draco like the dead to a single room equipped with a bed. Rvan soundlessly walked to the bed and curled in on himself once he was under the sheets. He didn’t even notice that he was still wearing the shabby clothing the Labs had slapped on him. Draco slowly started to leave, almost as if he was waiting for Rvan to fall apart at any second. But the thing he didn’t know was that Rvan was already broken beyond repair.
Draco went and flipped off the light switch but immediately- “Wait!” Rvan shouted. Draco couldn’t have gotten back into that room and turned on the lights back on any faster.
And what Draco saw was a look of sheer panic on Rvan’s face and he asked, “What is it?”
Rvan didn’t even look at Draco as he replied shakily, “Don’t turn off the light.”
Draco blinked once. Twice. They made him afraid of the dark. Of his shadows. And all Draco could do was slowly close the door behind him, the light of the room still on.
Draco solemnly walked back to his protèges and Skylar. They sat silently, unchanged from when he took Rvan to his room, and Draco cleared his throat, “Is everyone okay?”
The fire protégés nodded, even though none of them were entirely okay, not after seeing Rvan like that. Skylar didn’t say anything, but Draco noticed the burn mark on her shoulder. His stomach twisted in a not. Skylar had been harmed on his watch. “Good heavens, Skylar, why didn’t you tell me about that burn?”
Skylar shrugged, “I didn’t really notice it,” She couldn’t get that image out of her head, of Rvan staring at her with those haunted, empty eyes. She felt terrible.
“Why don’t we have a look at that,” Draco looked at the rest of them, “We only have two rooms, so we'll go three people per room. There just down the hall, the ones with the lights turned off. There might be some sleeping bags in the cupboards, we only have two beds…” Draco trailed off. The others got up and went to settle down in their rooms, leaving him and Skylar alone.
Draco began shorting through the cupboards. “I know I have burn ointment in here somewhere.” He hoped Skylar didn’t see his shake. The last time he had been in this room—He shook his head and chased that memory away.
Skylar looked around the entire room. Dust covered everything like a thin layer of snow. She dragged her finger across her chair’s armrest and left a small trail of ebony leather. “You know, I find it odd that a fire draman would have burn ointment. You are virtually fire proof after all.”
“When you consider the fact I am training extremely powerful and inexperienced protégés and news reporters don’t give a d*mn about personal space, it doesn’t seem odd at all.” Draco replied.

Draco dug through his cabinet to find his most prized product. Sparrow17. He sat down from across Skylar, “This is the best quality salve I’ve ever made.”
Skylar’s eyes widened when she heard that name. She knew Draco ran a company that sold sunscreen and skin care products…Oh gods this had to be a coincidence. “Sparrow17?” She asked.
