Got it, I was planning for mine to use one as a minor wisp.

Ok. Then on extra flaw is all you need.

Should I explain the differences between races?

Personality: quiet, introverted but good with people, clever and resourceful, her bad moods are real bad, but same goes for good moods
Appearance: Tall, lithe but relatively muscular, pale, long wildly curly auburn hair, big grey eyes, you notice her though she's not really beautiful
Wisp Type: (One major, two minor.) Earthwisp is the major one, and the minors are Darkwisp and Firewisp
Weapon: (Melee only.) Bladed bo staff
Attire: White shirt, dark blue high-waisted jeggings, light brown boots, pastel green coat with a belt and hood
Talents: (Three at most.) Languages, convincing, building
Flaws: (Around three.) way too proud, gets carried away easily, sometimes downright cruel
Other: has extensive geographical knowledge

Humans: Obviously, we all know what humans are.
Elves: Similar to humans, with slightly pointed ears, and odd eye colors. Usually taller and of a more fragile build. Have singsong voices.
Dwarves: Similar to humans, with more facial hair in males and odd eye colors. Generally shorter, with sturdier builds. Gruffer voices.
Fae: Shorter and thinner than humans, have eyes that are usually violet. Have slightly pretty insectile wings. Less durable than humans, but the average ones are stunning and they can fly short distances.
Nekojin: Have catlike ears and tails, often have mutations. Senses are superhuman, but they suffer from instinctual urges. Other than that, they're a lot like humans.

What about Bloodwisps I'm confused on exactly what they would do

Haemokinesis. They let you control blood. But this too is powerful.

So all of the ones listed at the bottom can only be used as Minor wisps then?

Only two minoelr wisps are allowed, you can use all rare Wisps as your two minors, or one as your minor, but you must add more flaws to your character. And your character can't just hsve all rare Wisps.

Personality: it changes a lot, sometimes he is the happiest person than he is the most snarky person. Most of the time he's a neutral, being nice but a bit snarky too. The snarkiness was developed to ward off idiots and people who say he can't help anyone because he's half blind.
Appearance: brightly colored hair that shifts depending on his mood, wide violet eyes with arctic blue rings, pale skin with a bunch of freckles, a button nose that is always red, gossamer wings.
Wisp Type: Arwisp, Bloodwisp, and Earthwisp
Weapon: A pike and a sickle
Attire: A black shirt and dark grey pants, combat boots, a necklace with an air symbol on it
Talents: A very good cook and is a pretty good healer.
Flaws: He is quite bipolar and doesn't have very good social skills, he is known to lash out and be extremely cold to his enemies.
Other: he is blind in one eye from overusing magic

Personality: Hotheaded, mischievous, manipulative, reckless, kind to a certain extent murderous, and extremely childish.
Appearance: Tan skin, light dusting of freckles, dark red eyes, lighter red hair that's about chin length and an ornate feather clip to hold her bangs out of her face very pointed features, a frail body type especially when it comes to her legs which are almost skin and bone.
Wisp Type: Major: Fire Minor: Light and Death
Weapon: Scythe
Attire: Shorter tunic like dress that as no shoulders, the a ruffle band that stretches across her upper chest acting as the sleeves, tight brown pants, a darker brown vest that she never bothers to attach together, and crutches that attach at the forearm and have hand holders, wears something like a leg brace to help with non crutched movement.
Talents: Socializing (cough Manipulating), combat, and strategizing.
Flaws: Jumping head first into everything, acts before she thinks, keeps to herself, and sometimes doesn't see the smaller picture.
Other: Often called a two faced b**, and don't let her looks deceive you. She is a very capable fighter.

Wisp Type: Major: Firewisp, Minors: Earthwisp and darkwisp
Weapon: A large hammer and when it is not in use can fold down into a very weird looking backpack shaped thing.
Attire: Brown mid sleeve leather jacket, Black pants and brown knee high lace up combat boots. She has a purple headband that stays around her neck when not in use
Talents: Fist fighting, Insulting people, Talking her way out of situations
Flawd: Impulsive, Narcissistic to a fault, Solution to every problem is to punch it and hope it works out, Doesn't listen to orders
Other: Did I mention she's Narcissistic and very confident?
