(I was thinking she could be one of the lady's maid's?)
(Of course! Bianca would love some company!)
Lucy stepped out of her cobalt blue carriage, slightly lifting up her dress and taking the drivers hand as she stepped onto the floor. She walked up to the grand doors of the other duchess' place. When the door was opened she saw a few people chatting and walked up to Bianca to greet her.
Elodie stood in line with the other servants waiting for everyone.
hoping no one would notice her staring at the noble ladies.
she couldn't help it they were quite beautiful..
Bianca dropped into another curtsy when a noblewoman in a blue dress entered the house. "I am Bianca, my lady. It is a pleasure to meet you."
Lucy curtsied as well and looked around the grand place. "It is a pleasure to meet you ."
Lucy thinks its grand hen Angel just thinks its a quaint cottage lol//
Angel has probably seen bigger so is assuming its like that and Lucy is just really open-minded and could see a cottage and still call it large//
Angel gracefully steps to the new lady, "Hello, i am Prince Angel." he bows down to kiss her hand.
"Well, hello. I am Duchess Lucy from Edgewater. Where are you coming from on this lovely day?"
"The White Kingdom Madam." He gives one of his infamous yet charming smile.
"That's nice. I've heard of good things coming from that place. Do you have any siblings?" She asked while trying to keep the conversation lively.
"Yes, i have a twin. Prince Avery may or may not come a bit later."
"Well, I need to head to the ladies room if you will excuse me." Lucy didn't feel like talking much to the guy. He wasn't really interesting and she didn't like small talk.
Cordelia walked into the open door and looked around at the grand room, enjoying its beauty. Then she looked around at the people. There were servants lined up against the wall. Cordelia was surprised by how attractive they all were. But she couldn't focus on them at the moment. She wasn't the oldest noble in the room but she wasn't the youngest either. A girl who looked about her age was walking away from a boy with shocking hair and a deviously charming smile. She went closer to him, pretending to admire the art on the walls.
Angel admired the mirrored walls and the shiny chandeliers, He knew a girl was trying to approach him. But he never makes the first move, it makes him look needy. I wonder if Avery will come when he feels better… He thinks, peering into a large library Avery likes those books.
The boy wasn't taking her bait, and he was doing it on purpose. His back was to her so she took the opportunity to look him up and down. His shoes were incredibly shiny and his hair was much too groomed and his nails were much too meticulous. She walked up next to him in the doorway of a large library. "Impressive, is it not?"
"Yes, my brother would love it." He said, not turning around. This girl thinks im going to jump for her bait, but im not a fish. Im a prince and we don't do that.
Bianca counted heads, realizing there were enough people in the room for her to start the tour. She would need a bit of help wrangling the group, so she turned to the line of maids and asked Elodie if she could help before moving to the front of the crowd, cupping her hands around her mouth, and shouted "Everyone we will be showing you around the manor now, will you please follow me?"
Interesting, Cordy thought. He had seemed perfectly friendly to everyone else as she walked in, but was unacknowledging to her attempts at conversation. She must have done something to offend him. She was just about to respond to him when a maid asked everyone to follow her. "Will he be joining us?" she asked, as they walked.
"Im not sure, he is currently sick." He says, his voice breaking at the thought of his brother. "Im Prince Angel."
Bianca waited for everyone to settle and began leading the nobles forward. She would be showing them the first, second, and third floors, but not the attic or basement, per Mistress' request. She wondered if Mistress would be joining them and then realized that the last stop was her parlor. Duh! The first stop on the tour was the dining room, which she ushered everyone into.
"Lady Cordelia, it's a pleasure to meet you," Cordy murmured as they were ushered into the dining room. She looked at him, concerned. His brother was obviously a delicate subject for him.
Lucy walked towards the large dining room that had one chandelier with intricate designs on it and a table that could seat about 24 people.
