Elide blushed a little, "L-Love you too." She whispered back before pulling away.
Elide blushed a little, "L-Love you too." She whispered back before pulling away.
Phoebe grinned in flustered satisfaction, returning to her sketchbook. Her lunch was left untouched.
"You're not gonna eat?" Elide asked, frowning a little although she hadn't touched any food either. Then again she hadn't brought any.
Phoebe glanced up at Elide, suddenly realizing she didn’t have any food. “Here, have mind. I’m not hungry.”
"I'm not either so it's fine." Elide pushed the food back to Phoebe.
“Elide, you have to eat,” Phoebe pushed, but their was laughter in her eyes.
"And so do you," Elide replied, raising an eyebrow.
"I ate a lot this morning," she answered, blushing slightly at the eyebrow raise.
"So did I," Elide lied, "You still should eat."
Phoebe decided to give Elide a little taste of her medicine, and leaned in close to her ear to whisper. "I won't kiss you for a month if you don't eat a bit."
"W-What?" Elide swallowed and looked at the food before picking up an apple and taking a bite, "Happy?"
"Finish the apple and half the sandwich, then maybe," she returned with a cheeky grin. "Now you know how it feels."
Elide rolled her eyes, "Eating is different to accepting a compliment…" She muttered.
"So? Now, neither of us will be deprived," she replied, grinning.
Despite herself, Elide cracked a smile, "I guess so."
Phoebe smiled, satisfied. "See, I'm always right."
Elide rolled her eyes and nudged her with her elbow, "No, you are not always right."
"Like when?" she countered playfully, nudging Elide back.
Elide frowned at herself, not being able to come up with an argument, "I don't know…"
"Exactly," she replied smugly, clearly joking.
Elide rolled her eyes, "Just because I can't think of anything now, doesn't mean you're always right."
“Mmhm..” Phoebe hummed, raiding her eyebrows jokingly.
"Don't give me that look." Elide laughed a little as she finished the apple.
Phoebe raised her eyebrows as high as they could go. "This look?"
"Yes, yes that look." Elide stood and quickly went to place her apple core in the bin.
