Elide practically melted at the kiss, wrapped her arms gently around Phoebe’s neck. She only pulled back to murmur, “Me too…”
Phoebe moved one hand down to the small of Elide's back, gently prompting her lips open. Her eyes fell shut, leaving only the feeling of Elide's mouth under hers.
Elide’s eyes fluttered closed, pulling herself slightly closer to Phoebe. One had moved to tangle in her hair softly.
Phoebe came up for air, opening her eyes in order to get lost in Elide's. There was no adrenaline rush, this time, but a warmth spreading through her chest, a sleepy affection. And either way, she loved it.
Elide slowly blinked her eyes open. A sleepy, soft smile was spread across her face as she let her hand drift to trace Phoebe’s jawline gently, then slip back up into her hair.
Phoebe shivered under Elide's soft touches, leaning into her hands. A blush rose to her cheeks, and she swallowed, hypnotised by those eyes, those gorgeous, expressive eyes.
Elide giggled quietly and bit her lip, letting her gaze drift casually and slowly over Phoebe’s face. Gosh she was beautiful. She let a hand drift and trace over her features, admiring each one.
Phoebe hid her flushed face in Elide's hand, clearly flustered. She pressed a tiny kiss to her palm, not daring to look up.
Elide let out another soft giggle and used her hand so Phoebe was looking at her again, “There’s that beautiful face…”
Phoebe made a tiny squeaking noise of embarrassment, her hands flying up to cover her red cheeks. “I’m not— I’m not beautiful—“
Elide's heart dropped a little and gently removed Phoebe's hands, "You are. You really are."
Phoebe shook her head again, squeezing Elide's hands. She curled up into the other girl's side with a sigh of contentment, laying her head on her shoulder.
Elide wrapped an arm around Phoebe, drawing small circles on her arm gently and soothingly. A small smile was tugging at her lips that she just couldn't help.
Jane returned, sitting down on the couch a little ways away. “If you two don’t mind me asking…… is there any possible way that— when things get better for Josh— could we go on a…. double date?”
Elide's eyes lit up and she nodded eagerly, "Yes! Of course we could go on a double date. Good idea."
Phoebe grinned, though it faltered slightly at the mention of Josh. “Sure, but you actually need to ask him out first,” she teased, poking Jane’s shoulder.
Elide giggled a little and resumed drawing the circles with a nod, "I'm sure you can do it, we believe in you."
Jane flushed, biting her lip. “I hope…” Phoebe reached over to lightly push her shoulder. “Of course it’ll happen. Don’t worry about a thing.”
(What should they do next?)
(Um… maybe Damien comes home early or something? idk, I'm brain dead)
(Same here Oof
Yeah sure)
(cool)
Elide was about to say something else on the matter for a set of keys could be heard and the main door was open. Elide froze as Damien walked in.
"Elide?! Who are these people?" He glared at her and she swallowed.
(good afternoon)
Phoebe and Jane flinched back, eyes widening. Every single curse words she knew flew threw Phoebe's head as she sat there, too scared to move.
Elide stood slowly, "These are my friends. And Phoebe is my," She paused for a moment, "Girlfriend." She waited for an angry reply but none came. Instead she was wrapped in a hug which took her by surprise.
"As much as I am happy for you," Damien said, pulling back, "You're still grounded."
Phoebe's eyes widened slightly, and she took an instinctive step back. "Sir– we weren't trying to do anything, there was an incident at school, with a guy–"
Damien looked to Phoebe with a small frown, "What do you mean?" He looked to Elide who just looked away.
