( So, Harlow left and met Rylan. Rylan was only twelve or thirteen, and Harlow told her about what the Republic actually does with the plagues and things. Rylan realizes that this must be one of the reasons the Republic killed her family. Then, she becomes a criminal. )
Santiago looked around the clearing, pausing for a moment to adjust his grip on the backpack. He fell into step with Flynn, feeling most comfortable by her. “Best to leave the known outlaws to themselves, huh?” He said to her in a joking tone before falling silent again.
Rylan walked into Harlow's hideout, which seemed like an abandoned warehouse near the edge of the sector. No Republic street police ventured this far. It was dimly lit, but each shelf had supplies on it; from hair dyes, to canned food, to clothes.
Rylan gave Flynn and Santiago a sidelong glance, frowning as she saw them together.
Santiago went inside and looked around. “Huh..” he set his bag down on the floor against the wall.
"Yeah, nice place. . ." Rylan said, looking around. This was the nicest place she had been to in a long time. Even her prison cell was better than most places she stayed in. Rylan had lived in the slums for all of her life, and even her dad couldn't do anything about it.
Santiago decided to just go on ahead and look around. He cut off from the others and went down a hall, going into a different room that could have been a storage area.
Rylan watched Santiago leave and decided to follow after him. Harlow was showing Flynn the supplies and emergency exits. She walked quietly, out of habit.
“I’ve been doing this for years. You get good at it,” Harlow shrugged, leaning against a wall. “Besides, this old warehouse had tons of stuff in it already. There are some rooms down that corridor if you want to settle in.” Her entire demeanor had seemed to change, to much more silent and suspicious. It was clear she wasn’t very fond of Santiago and Flynn being here.
Santaiago heard someone behind him and turned to see Rylan. “Oh, hey,” he said, looking at her.
"Hey." Rylan replied, looking over the shelves. She turned back towards Santiago, her amber eyes not as guarded as they were with Flynn. "You don't like Harlow. . "
“I.. I never said that I didn’t like her. I just don’t trust her yet, I guess.” Santiago glanced away and rubbed the back of his neck, his eyes full of guilt.

(Yeah. It’s mostly just the messaging section, I’ve noticed.)
//when I’m on school WiFi, it sometimes loads really slowly or not at all. It’s okay at home and on hotspots tho, which is confusing, because notebook works fine for my friend on school WiFi?
(Yeah, at my school it just depends on the classroom and it’s fine at home.)
//I’be gtg, will probably be back in half an hour to an hour
(Alright, seeyah.)
Rylan stepped closer to Santiago, her eyes full of sympathy. "Who messaged you. . .?" She asked softly.
//hey hey hey guess who’s back
