"Now that is a great plan," Quincy said slowly guiding Jade down to the ground so they can land.
"Now that is a great plan," Quincy said slowly guiding Jade down to the ground so they can land.
"Yeah, I can get one board with that," Pollux said, sliding down off Jade.
Aurelius unfolded his map and held it out face-up in front of him to show the others.
"So… There's the front entrance, two side doors, three trapdoors on the top, and then basement entrances that lead to the catacombs. You can also enter the catacombs through other entrances that are much closer by."
"Aurelius, why didn't you lead with that?"
"Seems like an unsavory route to take, but it may be the only way."
Quincy hopped off and looked at the map, "That and Aure here, is an idiot. So we know our entrance points, and the catacombs are probably either the least or most heavily guarded."
"There are too many catacomb entrances to guard them all. They may not even be aware of all the entrances that exist," Aurelius said, "That's almost certainly our only choice."
Pollux slowly nodded. "Okay, then what?"
"We don't know what's in there… I hate grossly oversimplifying it like this, but we need to take whatever information we can and get out."
"Noooooooo," Quincy rolled her eyes, "we need to go in and kill people. Of course we're getting whatever information we can get. We should prioritize anything that looks like it's their list of targets, or prisoners, or planny looking things."
"That's the idea…" Aurelius sighed, "I'm not sure what other plans you want, Pollux. You can't make plans if you have nothing to base them around."
"That, is such a true statement," Quincy said realizing that this actually was happening, "So let's just go and try?"
"We'll have to," Aurelius said, "Do we want to split up, or just go as a big group? Obviously splitting is more optimal for stealth, but I'm naturally worried."
"Splitting up is best," Quincy responded and sighed, "So you'll have to burry your worries, however we can have multiple people in a group."
"Yeah, of course… I know I'm taking Oliver, but otherwise? Who wants to go which way?"
Pollux shrugged. "Split us by dynamic. I should probably not go with you."
Aurelius nodded. "That's fair…"
"I'll go with whoever," Quincy shrugged and leaned back against Jade, "I'll go whatever way too."
“Can we have at least some dragons stand guard?” Aurelius suggested, “They’re not the best at stealth, for starters.”
“Didn’t you literally say we need to bring dragons in case of that kind of combat?” Pollux muttered.
"And some dragons, the smaller ones, will be coming with us," Quincy clapped her hands, "So there, decision made."
“Nox, Riven… Who else?” Aurelius asked, looking around. A lot of these dragons were more intended for combat. But Riven was quick enough. Nox would blend in with shadows.
“You know what? Two groups. Each can take one dragon.”
“Got it boss,” Quincy said smirking, “You want Nox I take it?”
"Frost can help. She can freeze things and is good at camouflage." Lucky spoke up
"Vey will be coming." Oliver said as he hopped off Riven. He kinda had to since Vey was in his body. "And if it gets dark, Riven can glow, so he will help a lot."
(Just a warning, but I'm going on vacation tomorrow so I don't know how much I'll be on.)
So here's my pantheon as it is right now, if anyone wants their character to be a follower of a specific god or goddess or otherwise make references to the gods… You don't have to read it or use any of this info if you don't want to, but it's here if you do! I'll also add it to the first page so that you know where to go, should you want to reference it again. I'm open to suggestions and improvements on my list if I, for example, missed an important domain or something.
4 Gods of Death:
The Rest of the Gods:
(These are awesome Bec!)
(Thank you!!! It's my first time making a full-on pantheon, so I'm super excited. I also may end up using them for Dnd if I ever DM a campaign. Only problem is, none of them are inherently good or evil or otherwise have any sort of moral alignment. They all strike a balance together and coexist.)
(I think that's one of the best types of pantheon. Since anything could really happen then, good or bad. Also Quincy is a follower of Ny-Athruu if that's cool.)
(Daaamnnn, nice work! I'ma make Farron a follower of Epofyys if that's okay?)
(I was actually kind of thinking about her when I added the alchemy part to Ny-Athruu's domain. So that's fine. Anyone can follow any god. There's nothing too OP, mostly because the most the gods do is grant somewhat enhanced abilities in dire times of need (and they have a right to refuse), and sometimes they might put in a good word with the old man Helvdomm when he's judging you after death. Might make sure he puts you in an at least descent next life.
As for my characters, Aurelius follows Vosskevma, and Pollux follows Ivorniach. Valkyrie…? I'm not sure. I think she has a respect for all the gods but doesn't devote much time to a single one, although she has loose connections to Ny-Athruu and Dol-Akri.)
(Awwwww, but sweet!)
