Blaze had just put on his jacket and left his house, ready to go to the park when his phone rang. It was an unknown number so he picked it up and waited a few seconds before answering. "Hello? This is Blaze." He started while taking his keys out his pocket and putting it in his engine.
She bit her lip and spoke. "Uh… this is Bridget. From the bus stop." Oh God, this was a bad idea, hang up!
A. looked up at her, eyebrow raised in amusement.
"And you're really bad at it."
Reese blushed. "What am I supposed to say?"
"Literally anything other than I'm sorry."
"I don't know, like, 'whoops' or something."

"Oh, cool. So, did you change your mind and want to come?" He asked with a smile on his face. He put his helmet on his head and revved his motorcycle.
A. laughed. "Now we're gettin' somewhere!"

"If it isn't too late, I don't have anything going on," she said, sounding slightly hesitant.
A. laughed. "Now we're gettin' somewhere!"
She blushed again. "Uh… okay."
She reached up, poking Reese's red cheek lightly. "So is that right there my fault, or do you just blush easy?"

"It's not late at all. I'm actually just leaving my apartment. Where should I pick you up?" He answered, glad that she wanted to come.

"People say that I blush a lot," she answered.

"Whatever works." She one-shoulder-shrugged with her good shoulder.
"Jeez, just pick one." She made a face at Reese.
"Um… socially acceptable?"
"So around five, probably. I will say though, I read a study about how you shouldn't eat large meals after four, so now I've confused myself."
"What should we even order?" A. asked, standing in an attempt to hide how flustered she was. Oh my god oh my god oh my god-
