“There’s nothing to defend,” Sam said softly. He ran a hand through his dark hair with a sigh. “I suppose you want me to come back now.”
“There’s nothing to defend,” Sam said softly. He ran a hand through his dark hair with a sigh. “I suppose you want me to come back now.”
"You're a friend, Sam- friend's are supposed to do things like that," Lucy pressed, dropping her hands back to her sides. "And yes, that would be nice. I know you probably want to be alone right now, and I don't blame you, but we should all stick together right now."
“Okay,” Sam responded. Friend, huh? He kind of liked the sound of that. He began to walk back towards the clearing, not in much hurry to get back
Lucy strolled back to the clearing with Sam, watching the woods around them. "So, what horrors should we expect to run into here?" she asked.
“Well, the forest is notorious for people being lost. Usually they tend to find themselves prey to the trees,” Sam said, gesturing to the faintly glowing pines and willows around them
(I’m running out of ideas for this rp help)
(I’ll help when I come back ok? Can we put this on hold until the 16th when I go back to school?
(Sure)
(Yeah we should put this on hold)
(WELL HELLO)
"Sure seems creepy," Lata commented as she cast her gaze to the forest. As the group headed back into the clearing, they all seemed to have been waiting. Even if Sam had been a bit rude, the young girl felt very close to slapping someone were they to insult her family again.
(she bout to slap the frick outta someone if they argue again basically lmao)
(Lmaooo. Also I have a small idea for where they end up when they get through the forest and I’d like to apologize in advance)
(Oh boy)
Kaz glared at Sam for a moment before speaking. “Hey, fuzzball, How about you tell us where we’re going?” Sam turned to him, resisting the urge to snap at him.
“We were on course to Fortenhein, but Valiente would be closer. Safer as well,” he bit out. Argo almost immediately started protesting.
“Hell no, we are not going to Valiente. I repeat, we are not going there.”
Lata stood there, not knowing all the names for whatever places the two were talking about. While waiting for someone to explain, she simply crossed her arms.
Fuzzball… she might have to use that in the future.
“What’s so wrong with Valiente?” Michael asked curiously. Argo scoffed at that.
“What’s so wrong with Valiente, hm? Oh, I’ll tell you. It’s the renamed Lonakke kingdom, run by none other than my ex’s boss,” Argo explained with a sneer
(Heyheyhey Des u should bring Yeon in when we get to the city)
Malachi decided that that moment was probably a good time to calm him down. He never did like seeing Argo so upset.
_____
Lata almost wanted to roll her eyes. It's not like he couldn't ignore said ex. Even if the person who ran the place was a bit nasty, Sam had claimed that Valiente was safer than where they were going.
(Heyheyhey Des u should bring Yeon in when we get to the city)
(omg)
(Ooooof maybe maybe)
Lucy nudged up her glasses, moving to stand by Lata. She gave Lata a smile before looking back up at the others. “If it’s safer, maybe we should just go that way. I’m sure the ex thing will be fine,” she spoke up.
“The ex thing is not going to be fine,” Argo muttered bitterly. Sam rolled his eyes.
“Come on, it’s not that far, so calm down.”
Lata becoming impatient asked, "Are we gonna get this show on the road or what?"
That Argo guy seriously needed to calm down. Lucy was only trying to help. Seriously, all this fuss over a dumb ex? Safe was safe and the forest was beginning to freak her out.
(not gonna let this die again)
(oof I was waiting for someone else to respond because I was planning on writing a bigass paragraph for my next response)
(well there you go lmao)
