Nova laughed. "If the reason you don't like her is because she's boyish, I don't see how you tolerate me!" Nova was nervous. Was he able to see through her?

She ate a bit, before standing up and heading to the barn.

"Mhm…" He smiled. Being around many people he picked up a few things from them. He was a good judge of character. He didn't think Lily is a bad person, just not someone he hang out with. He wouldn't let her know that , for now, "Well, how about we get to some chores." He stretched and grabbed a bale of hay. He worked out often and was pretty strong. "Do you mind watering?" Looking back at her. upon a closer look, she was quite small.

Lily walked around to the back of the barn mixing the pigs food before putting it in a bucket. "Roxanne, can you help me with these?"

Nova sighed. "Sure." She went back to the house to get some water.

"Sure." She said, shrugging as she walked up. "What are we doing?"

Nova came back to the barn and began to water the animals. However, she somehow managed to spill the entire thing of water. "Shit!"

Lily handed a bucket of pig food to Roxanne. "We're taking this to the barn and giving it to the pigs. Easy enough right?" Ashton was out in the field putting hay down for the horses and cows before walking in to the barn. Lily walked into the barn to see water all over the place "What happened?"

Nova blushed, embaressed. "Well, uh, you seeeeeeee…"

She nodded, taking the bucket, internally really happy about getting to see the pigs. "Okay."

"Sorry…"

"It's fine, do you know how much more gets spilled in here, worse than water I can tee you that." Lily picked up the mop in the storage room "Roxanne the pigs are over there. The big one is Chubbs the small one is Luka. They are very good listeners if you ever want to talk to them." Lily was overjoyed that she had people to share her farm with. Ashton walked into the barn, stepping in the water. "I see we are all here." He looked around and noticed Wren wasn't here. "Well most of us,"

"Wren's just a bit of a sleeper, I guess" Nova smiled.

"Making us do all the work," Ashton shakes his head "Hey, it's not like that!" Lily shouts, she even surprised herself "Chill, it was a joke. I don't mind doing the work." Ashton was a bit taken back by her response.

She walked over to the pig, crouching down a bit as she fed them. "Hey, guys." She said softly, looking at the two.

Nova glared at Ashton. "It's the first day. He's allowed to sleep in."

"He can do whatever he wants, I'm not judging the dude." Lily was sure something was off now. Ashton was like a totally different person from yesterday. "The work isn't as bad as I thought it was going to be." Lily's eyes lit up like anytime someone was interested in the farm. "Really? Right, it's not back you get exercise and get to be outdoors." She grabbed him and Nova's hand "Let's go!" She walks them out to the field. she hands the brushes "Now time to brush the horses. Roxanne your welcome to join us if you want." Lily yells into the barn.

She looked up from where she totally wasn't playing with Luka (Fun Fact: She was). "Coming!" She said, getting back up and walking over

There were two horses. Nova began to brush the larger one.

Lily hands her a brush. "The horses are pretty chill so you should be okay, but at any point, if you don't feel comfortable you can stop." Ashton takes the brush and goes to Tucker "Someone seems happy?" Lily smiles "Of course I am!" She brushes Lady her other horse. "You can defiantly tell she likes doing this," Ashton says.

"What do you expect? She is a farmgirl." Nova smiled at Lily, "No offense by the way."

"None taken, I wouldn't want it to be any other way." She looks at Ashton "No matter what people say."

Nova laughed. "Figured you'd say something cheesy like that. Anyway, this beauty is all done. Is there anything else I can help with?"

"We've got most of the work done, so we can take a breather." She looks around at everyone "What does everyone want to do?"
