Cas stuck out his tongue a bit again, looking up at Sorin. His eyes were quite large in comparison to his face, which did make him look younger.
Cas stuck out his tongue a bit again, looking up at Sorin. His eyes were quite large in comparison to his face, which did make him look younger.
"Aww," Sorin lowered his head and brushed his nose against the tip of his. "You are so adorable."
Cas grinned, purring a bit. "I'm glad you think so, love." He turned his ears back and nuzzled against Sorin's cheek.
Sorin leaned toward him slightly to relish the feel. He wrapped his arms around his waist and pulled him onto his lap. "I'm gonna go pick up a few groceries later on so you're welcome to do what you please before we leave."
"Mmm… What do you mean?" He asked softly, pressing his lips to Sorin's neck.
"What I mean is you can play with your cat things, watch some TV, or even study if you'd like."
"Ew… studying. I like cuddling better, but cat things is cool too." Cas shrugged, kissing Sorin again.
"Alright, we'll do just that then," he planted a few small kisses to his face before lying them both down.
"Cool." Cas smiled softly again, nestling himself into the crook of Sorin's arm.
Sorin shifted a bit to face him and to also not be too far on the edge of the couch. He leaned in closer to the other to the point where their noses were touching.
"Hi, love~" Cas purred, kissing him again with a grin. "I love you."
"You're so precious," Sorin said with a laugh and brought his hand up to touch the side of his face.
"Thanks." Cas tilted his head to push it into Sorin's hand, looking up at him with interest.
Sorin looked into his eyes head-on, but was flooded with guilt. He had nearly forgotten about the person Shen had asked him to look for and there wasn't anyway he could leave Cas on his own to do so himself. Telling him seemed like an easy alternative than trying to think of ways to leave him, but he was more afraid of what the other would think of him if he did.
"You okay, love?" Cas asked softly, searching his eyes. "You seem upset about something. You… you smell anxious…"
"Hmm?" It took a second to process what he was asking and Sorin shook his head as a response. "I'm fine."
"Baby, I know something's bothering you. What's wrong?" He kissed Sorin's cheek softly.
"There's nothing bothering me, Cas. I'm fine," he gave him a small smile to reassure him and inched a bit closer to kiss his the tip of his nose.
Cas pulled away just enough so Sorin couldn't kiss him. "Please don't lie to me, love."
Sorin retracted and shook his head. "I'm not… I'm not lying to you…"
"I can literally smell it. Cat things, remember?"
"Casper, i'm fine," he leaned in again to try to kiss him– any way to divert and distract him from this whole conversation.
"You can't distract me like that, Sor." Cas leaned back. "I won't let you kiss me till you tell me what's going on."
"I can't tell you what's going on if there's nothing going on, Cas."
Cas crossed his arms, seeming determined and not convinced.
