Look. The only way you're making us feel bad is by saying things like that. We love you and telling us we're wrong for believing that just makes things worse. You have made us happy in so many different ways, you do deserve the love we're throwing at you, you are worth our attention, and you are a good person. Asking "why?" won't do anything, if we really do care about you there are obvious reasons for it, you just might not see them.
