Guys, guys, guys!!
Guys, guys, guys!!
unfortunately it would take a lot more than a few to get enough cyanide to kill someone, seeing as the actual amount in pits and seeds is tiny
Lol, yeah. Apple seeds also release cyanide when crushed, and that takes quite a bit to produce enough cyanide to kill someone.
We are crows with socioreligious constructs….
also: Be careful with stuff from Pinterest. Not always accurate.
TRUE! Just thought it was funny.
Though, does anyone have an explanation of why I feel more motivated to do spells in the twilight, early morning, and night rather than during broad daylight? I’m extremely confused.
Maybe just the vibe.
So, I've recently found out my father most likely used to be into witchcraft/paganism, so… that plus having family members who are currently so means my dad would identify anything I do in a heart beat. He's already wary of me exploring religions and has made it clear he only wants Chirstianity practiced in his household. So, yeah, this is fun. I can't do anything at all ;-;
Oh that sucks…. So there’s nothing you can do under the radar? Are you into sigils? You can draw them on yourself under your clothes where the skin will never show, like thighs, if you wear bras, over your heart…. uh…. now trying to think of other things you can do. you can always just mentally chant things and focus on things you want to draw or banish for spells, along with stirring drinks clockwise to draw good things to yourself that you visualize, or stirring counterclockwise to banish negative things from your life…. charm normal jewelry with intention if you normally wear jewelry and just call it a “lucky charm”.
Yeah… I can't really do anything on my body for reasons, unfortunately. I'm doing my best to bring different aspects like that into my life, but my brain likes to tell me to fck off whenever I try to do any focused thinking. I can work the stirring the drinks in, thanks! And I don't really wear jewelry much, but my parents have been pushing for me to wear the ones I have, so I could definitely look into that.
There’s a spell where you paste all of the things you want to draw to yourself into a collage, so that’s something you can pass off as a personal art project. Also, adding spices to your food or drinks that correspond to your intentions can be passed off as “I want more flavor” and “it tastes good” and “a friend suggested I try it”. Do you wear makeup at all by chance?
I've been accidentally enchanting/making intentions for jewelry forever. Now I love doing it on purpose. One of my favorite under the radar witchy things 👌

^^^ Me. I need to pull out the owl necklace charm my best friend gave me and charm it for wisdom and clarity….
Do you wear makeup at all by chance?
I do occasionally!

GLAMOUR MAGICK GLAMOUR MAGICK GLAMOUR MAGICK GLAMOUR MAGICK
Also can be done with hairstyling things and skincare, all that good stuff
I- have no idea what that is yet, I'm going to go do some more research now
spell. your. makeup.
charm your eyeliner for good foresight, your favorite eyeshadow for good luck and moods. lipsticks for eloquence and ease of speech. make sigils with your foundation before blending
I have a maximum stupid level question.
So say I'm making sacrifices to any particular God. Say I wanna give Aphrodite an apple. So I leave an apple on her altar. And then it rots.. how do I dispose of it? Same with like olive oil or other liquid offerings. How long would you keep them there? Or money. I guess I would leave the money there and then donate it to whatever charity that God would like best, right? I just, hOw dOes iT woRK?
i feel like burning the food things is a good idea. also, you don't even have to leave them there till they rot, a day or so is usually long enough.
donations seem like a really good idea there, yeah ! or at least, adding the money to a fund to donate later, or leaving it somewhere someone else can find it. like a penny heads up so someone gets a bit of luck.
as for liquids…again, i think just a day or so works, maybe a bit longer if you want to be sure? and then use them in cooking, if they were stored in a container on the altar that allows for it. i'm honestly not sure for a lot of liquid disposals.
also fun tip, make your offerings while camping, especially to forest deities, because no one is gonna care if you toss a bit of a hotdog or a marshmallow that burnt too much into the fire
Thank you! Those ideas make good sense. I'm very much not used to bringing in the physical world to the spiritual, it's seen as demonic in my family. But that's kinda what I like about paganism, everything is interconnected.
Hm, @Xanny any enchantments you want on jewelry I'm gonna send you?
I generally put good luck charms on Everything I make, just cause that's what I tend to work with, but
Okay I've been exploring for a few months, mostly just small stuff like sigils and protection and cleansing and like doing things with intentions, and I'm wondering, if I were to like,,
put good intentions into an object after cleansing and charging it and stuff (I guess like an enchantment), and then I gave it to someone, would that be a bad thing? Or should I just leave the object alone and not do that
I was just wondering lol it might be kinda a dumb question
I have a question for those who veil? I was wondering if I have to be a woman to do it and if it was soley for certain gods, like I work with Aphrodite and want to veil.
Veiling is for everyone, period.
