quick question! tbh im not really a church person. not quite athiest…..idk really.
anywho! ive been wanting to do more research about angels, and i was hoping for more accuracy that Supernatural lol!
wasnt it an angel in disguise as a snake? ya know, the one who tempted Eve?
Aslo, what are the names and Ranks of the angels? also, what do they actually look like? ive been told that they actually look pretty freaky lol

It was the devil as a snake (it's widely assumed to be a snake, but some translations simply say serpent) so I guess yes and no? I mean he WAS an angel. He had free will and started believing he was better than God (I think?). So he left and God was kinda like, well maybe I can create something else with free will and then Adam.

While I personally don't know much about angel ranks or their actual appearances, I do know that, in the Bible, the one disguised as a snake was Satan himself, who was technically an angel.

Also, I know you didn't necessarily ask this but I googled some stuff, and the term you'd be looking for with the "not really a church person but not quite Atheist" thing is "Agnostic".

Also, Thanks for correcting me! I always thought it was a different angel and not Luci. Glad to know the truth!

Some of the big angel names are Michael, Raphael, Gabriel and Uriel.

so uh i'm just practicing bc my (very loud) brother is out of the house for a while so i can get some quiet while i do the thing i've been meaning to do for a couple weeks

Ravens you have a really nice voice! It's unique. And you did a really good job because that's such a difficult song to sing because it's hard to stick to a pitch, so you did a great job! And you're piano playing was awesome too! (also if you're still insecure about/don't like your voice, try singing at a different pitch, this can really help me sometimes, especially if you hum it first to get the natural pitch.)

Good news, after 4 long months of asking my mom, I might finally be able to go to confession next Friday.
(To those who don't know what that is, it's a Catholic thing)

Bad news… My mom once again can't handle taking all my siblings there herself, so she had to cancel the plans.

I just wanted to not feel like a terrible human being for the first time all year, but that's okay, I get it, you have way too many children and don't know how to take care of them all while still maintaining a healthy level of sleep… No big deal, I guess. internal screaming

Can I get some prayer please? I feel like I can't control my tongue and it's been used against my parents way too often and I hate that. I love my family. I don't know what to do because my dad's words keep playing in my mind: "If you really loved us, you wouldn't treat us like sh**."
I can't get used to my dad cursing so it's hard to forget what he said.
