So, I'm back looking for advice. I have a bunch of leadership opportunities that can really challenge me to grow in my faith coming up this summer, and then I have the opportunity to possibly lead a group of younger girls through the school year at my youth group. I've never done any kind of focused teaching like that before, and I really don't know if I'll be able to challenge the girls and teach them anything. I haven't done a lot of Christian leadership at all, with this summer's opportunities being my first. So, I'm not sure if I should volunteer for my youth group to lead the girls. I want to, I just don't know if I'll be able or ready to really lead them. Any advice?

Oh, definitely volunteer!
I do a mission trip to nearby towns every summer, it's a great faith oppertunity!!

Have you prayed about it?
Honestly, leading anyone in faith is really daunting, but when the time comes, you’ll know what to say. God doesn’t leave you to stumble and struggle, especially with this kind of stuff.

What did you do?

I'm a part of a percussion team and our theme for our performance is the punk 80's. Meaning lots of jumping and a part I play is playing 16th notes for 11 measures straight haha
It's so worth it though, it's really fun and helping me get over stage fright! And if it's for Jesus, heck yeah I'm in :D

Sweet! Yeah it does help. Though not as much when given a solo.
