I got my wisdom teeth out almost a month ago
and while I was still high on anesthetic, I started texting her bc I had an unread text from her from the night before
I had said gn babe (cause we call each other babe and other terms of endearment)
so she said good night
and the next morning I was like
good night
no it's morning now
wait why did I call you babe
are you my girlfriend
are you single
your contact picture is v pretty
can I date you
are you my gf
so uh… High (TM) Katherine has no filter apparently lol
Pretty much all she said at the time was yes I am single lol
but I found out later that she had to stop herself from saying she was my gf (brb screaming)

so uh when I was loopy my mom saw me texting, asked if I was okay to be texting, then took my phone, read the messages, and said "I don't think you need to be texting rn."
And so all day I was freaking terrified like… does she know??? but then that afternoon she was like "you were totally crazy texting Jessy earlier today lol"
like she didn't say lol but the sentiment was there

I say "we don't really kiss" but we don't kiss at all let me make that clear
no wait that's a lie I kissed the top of her head last time I saw her when I was hugging her goodbye and she said "I love you" which you know we already say, but not always as a goodbye so that was nice
