do you have any other symptoms besides a fever and headache?
are you able to check your temperature?
do you have access to any sort of medication?I’m sore, my back feels… god I don’t know it just hurts a ton. I already took ibuprofen and my temperature was 102.something. My temp naturally runs at 98-99 degrees. Imma warm person.
get some rest
sleep as much as you can
take a lukewarm bath or shower
drink plenty of water (duh)
be kind to yourself
make some tea
i highly recommend anti-inflammatory cold prevention stuff like cold-eez or sambacol it basically reduces the amount of time you're sick

my efforts at establishing contact have been in vain so then my thought goes to the fact that when that happens maybe the person doesn’t want me in their life and this has happened before with many others so it doesn’t hurt any less but it’s not surprising
