He nodded. "One thing though, how the hell are you able to carry that thing around without questions vod ?" He started climbing up the wall.

Elias was comforting Winter as best as he could. He knew that the girl they were trying to rescue wouldn't respond. He felt it too. He felt brief moments of panic, but never what Winter felt. He hadn't felt pain from the girl yet. Maybe she had a closer bond with a female than a dude…
She huffed out a laugh. "I'm Mando, Tamra. No one is going to question you about your big gun if they feel that you're going to use the big gun on them. Imperials don't look twice - I've been on their payroll more than enough." A pause, before she added, "though for one job, I had to smuggle it in an instrument case. Coulda used some pistols, but this thing is my child."
(Got to go, I'll be back as soon as possible…)
He chuckled. "Hardly a child. Kids require a lot more care then a weapon. Trust me." He peeped over the top of the wall. A stately garden was situated before him. He pulled out some macronoculars. The garden didn't have any alarms, or the house. But there were guards. The house was stately too. Very open and sprawling. Lots of windows. He climbed back down.
(K. See ya)
She hummed. "Ah, that's right - you have experience, don't you? It would have been an honor for me to have a child of my own, but ever since my cyar'ika was killed… it never felt right. So," she said, patting her repeater, "I adopted." Arlo glanced behind to peer up at the estate he was casing, waiting for him to finish up. "How's it looking, then?"
He landed. "Looks pretty tame. We've dealt with way worse. There's guards, but it doesn't look like there's much of a security system. If there is, my droid can hack pretty much anything she puts her mind to."
(Arlo wouldn't know Hi-5 since Essar found her after he left the rebellion.)
"Knowing you, vod, I'm sure your droid is quite the character, hah." Arlo replaced her firearm on her back, rolling her shoulders. "So, then, what? Back to meet the family, reconvene - and then we form a plan and strike. Right?" She looked back at the estate. "I'd love to take some guards on about now. I can wait, though."
(Alright, I'm heading to a meeting in about 10, 15 minutes, and it'll take me 1 1/2 to 3 hours to get back, depending.)
(K.)
"My family is gone." Essar muttered. "About 3 years ago Teela and Wreyna were taken by pirates."
Shiloh's heart dropped when she heard that the girl could be dead. "Can't you talk to her? Reach out to her?"
(I think that Winter should be able to talk to the girl when she's blacked out or asleep. Idk.)
(I am back, give me a momento)
Winter looked at Shiloh. "I'll try. I don't know. I don't know if my cold can seep into someone's dream, and wake them up, or shock them. I'll try to talk to her, but I don't know if she will let me through…" Winter proceeds to try, and manages to send a we're coming to help you message
~~ Estelle was standing at the entrance to a long tunnel. The tunnel was dark and there seemed to be no end in sight. We're coming. Estelle looked all around. There was no one to be seen. We're coming to help you. Estelle bit her lip.
Um… hello? ~~
(guess who's back, back again)
(Huzzah!)
(Sup!)
"Taken," Arlo repeated, feeling something like indignation lighting in her bones. "But not dead - not for sure dead, right? Because then I'll find them. No one can hide from me - certainly not some half-rate pirates."
(I'm here!)
(Yay!)
(My turn)
Winter gasped, and she looked at Shiloh with wide eyes. "She got the message. She responded, but she doesn't know I sent it… She knows we're coming, but she doesn't see a way out…"
"Tell her who you are or something," Shiloh suggested.
(OH MY FREAK I JUST HAD AN AWESOME IDEA!)
