@ElderGod-Winter-The-Renegade-Legionnaire book

Elias knew he was hurting Essar and Shiloh. If only Winter would wake up faster. Suddenly, there was a breakthrough. Winter started to mumble Elias' name. There were signs of life, and she was still fighting. Elias whispered, "Come on Winter… You can do it… Just wake up… Please…"

Shiloh began to lose feeling in the tips of her fingers and toes. She groped for the warmth of the coat, but it had slipped off of her shoulders, leaving her exposed. She opened her mouth to ask for Hi-5, but the words froze in her mouth. Hurry Elias, she thought, and it was her last clear one for a while.

Elias was crying over Winter now. He was trying so hard. He saw Shiloh look at him like he was in a fog. He knew she was going to lose consciousness if he didn't get Winter to wake up. He tried his last option. It was to do something that he thought he would never have to do. He had to find the healer part in himself. He let the full power behind his eyes go. He didn't try to contain it. He the power of his family flow through him and into Winter. A green glow left his fingertips, and went into Winter's chest. She was still fighting. She felt the pull to the cold grow so much that she knew she was close to regaining consciousness. Then, the power that Elias sent, filled her brain, and it hurt. She felt something in her wake up.

Shiloh felt the room drop in temperature again. "Elis?" she hissed softly. She could barely keep her eyes open. "Winer?"

Suddenly, Winter jolted awake. She screamed, "Elias!" and then she realized that he was in the room with her, and Shiloh, and that it was too cold for Shiloh. Then, she looked at Elias as if he was in a fog, and she remembered saying, "I don't feel so good, Elias…" and she threw up all over him. Elias couldn't care less. Winter was awake, and now he had to focus on warming up the ship. He willed his power to come back to him, and Winter looked at him and said managing a weak laugh, "Darn, I messed up your clothes…" He smiled through his tears. "I'm so glad you're awake. I thought I lost you. For a moment I did. Your hair turned white, and you went limp. I dropped the temperature, and your hair became a pale blue, that's when I knew I had gotten you back. Now, on to make sure you're better, and not faking it. I'm not losing you for a second time…"

Shiloh still shivered, even though the temperature was normal again. She smiled shakily at Winter, seeing that she was ok.

Winter still felt sick. Her head was spinning, and she couldn't seem to clear her vision. Elias was helping her get back on her feet. Slowly, but surely. "Winter, are you gonna try to stand up now? It may be better for you to try to regain your balance. Lean on me if you need my help." WInter nodded. "Yeah, I'm gonna try to stand up. Please don't let me fall. Elias, hold me…" Elias smiled, and put his arm around Winter's waist, helping her up, and helping her stand.

Shiloh rubbed her hands together, then along her lekku. She still couldn't think quite clearly.
